“A wonderful hotel let down by a lack of space and sunbeds on the roof terrace and the (resulting) attitude of some of the guests.
This hotel is beautifully refurbished, has a wonderful location and the staff are great. The roof pool is also beautifully done and a lovely relaxing spot. The only problem is that there are sunbeds for around 35 people, in a 75 room hotel. The hotel has a “reservations for max 1 hour” policy, however in the two days we spend a small amount of the time at the pool we saw 1) guests be very rude to the staff: “where am I suppose to lie down then?” when they couldn’t find a spot and 2) we were told to move by a couple who had “seen” the sunbed first and protested at length to the staff, who then somewhat uncomfortably asked if we would move to another spot. No one really wants to deal with sunbed politics with the nationalities of Europe and their different customs of sunbed etiquette, so I suggest if you want to lounge by the pool all day, you go elsewhere!”

“The One Palacio Annunciata is a truly first class experience. The lobby made an impression on me right away with an exquisite display of seasonal dried flowers. The public rooms are beautiful and understated.
The service was very attentive and responsive. We asked to switch rooms during our stay and they were very accommodating.
The rooms are beautifully appointed. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are fabulous. One of the loveliest experiences is a meal in the patio garden. And bonus! there’s a pool! Don’t forget to bring your bathing suit.
The hotel is very centrally located, in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.”
