Quarto limpo e confortável, fora o sofá cama que o colchão era desconfortável; um pouco de barulho com a proximidade da ponte mas não chegou a atrapalhar o sono; café da manhã bom, atendentes sorridentes e prestativos que apesar de não falarem o português fizeram tudo pra ajudar. O único defeito é a distância ao centro.

Hospedagem excelente. A região não é muito bonita, por estar no limite de Chinatown, mas o hotel é novo, café da manhã justo, limpeza nota 10 e bem próximo a estação de metrô.

Would like to have given this a 3.5 but made it a 4 because the staff is so friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice enough, though the furnishings are a bit tired as others have noted in Google reviews. Rooms are spacious, though, and the hotel is very convenient to get to anywhere in NY. Hotel is right on the edge of Chinatown so there are lots of great food opportunities right nearby if you like Asian food. Strongly recommend visiting Central Park and the American Museum of Natural History if you are visiting NY. These two places were our favorites, especially the museum. Just make sure you have good walking shoes on.

the staff was so friendly and breakfast was surprisingly good. the rooms are pretty small but that wasn’t surprising for nyc. great location! 5 min walk to subway, so many restaurants around, easy to get to places around downtown, midtown, and brooklyn

Overall this is a solid Marriott in downtown Manhattan. The service was good and the breakfast was solid. Our only issue was the mold that was above the vent in our room. We talked with the hotel staff and they were able to refund us our night. We appreciate their customer service

I had a great stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. It was very clean and staff there were very friendly and greeted you every time you entered or exited the building. Hospitality was good and they were glad to change your sheets or give new towels if requested. Overall, the stay was great and can't forget about the continental breakfast they have every morning. It was a variety of different items which was good.

Estuve allí alojado con mí familia. Nos atendieron muy bien. El personal es muy agradable y varios hablan español. Las habitaciones están bien aseadas, con equipamiento correcto y el baño tiene buen espacio. Buen desayuno y está próximo al metro. Buena relación entre calidad y precio.
