“Left a shirt (not a cheap one) - tried emailing regarding lost and found but no response. Hotel itself is good just don't expect any additional service after you pay your money.
UPDATE: I was initially disappointed with communication of the staff after trying to email several times regarding a lost item. They finally got back to me (internet service disruption) and were very helpful. They sent my lost item to a local address in Paris and I'm very grateful for the email communication for sending my item back. To be honest I wouldn't have expected much help from a hotel and couldn't be more pleased with the assistance! THANK YOU!”
