The hotel is in a good location and the street noise wasn't too bad. The building is old and cool. The elevators have labels referring to them as "cars". There is an old gold mail box mounted to the wall with a chute over it so people can drop their mail from each floor. When I checked in they accidentally gave me a room that had yet to be cleaned but that was a quick easy fix. I was on the top floor. My room was clean, and small with a huge ceiling and a pillar in the middle. It was so strange I had to laugh, but I kind of liked getting something different. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was really good.

Front desk staff was great. They were able to get us into our room early before the usual check-in time.Location was great and the breakfast was fantastic.I wish the rooms were a little big bigger, but that must be the norm for hotels in the city.

The hotel itself was very nice. The breakfast was extremely good, and the rooms were small but clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were only there for one night, but we would definitely stay again. The location was great, as it was only 7 minutes away from the restaurant where we had reservations. The only negative thing I can say is that we were double charged for parking. The parking was less than a block away and we paid $43 upon checking in. However, when we were leaving the parking garage we had to pay another $65. I spoke with LAZ Parking, about 2 weeks ago, and they still have yet to refund me the additional charge. Also, there was a parking garage directly across the street from the hotel which we did not know about and would have been more convenient. Not sure if that garage is associated with the hotel that it was attached to.

O hotel no geral é bom e a localização é excelente. Alguns pontos poderiam melhorar. Os carpetes dos corredores estavam empoeirados. O carpete do quarto tinha alguns pedaços de papel. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas possui poucas opções para pessoas com intolerância à lactose ou ao glúten.

El hotel en general es bueno, el desayuno que ofrecen incluido está muy completo y fresco, como sugerencia deberían tener laundry coin service como la mayoría de hoteles en el área, pues tuvimos un inconveniente y nos tocó pagar para salir a media hora a lavar la ropa y fue costoso y complicado.

There is no pool at this location despite the photos of a huge pool all over the Google page for this place. Let thou self not be deceived. Loved the preserved art deco bar and lounge, but needs a good dusting. Fabulous hot breakfast options for a family in the AM.

Pros: Great location, super convenient loading/ unloading area in the front of the hotel. Parking garage across the street. Everything you need is within walking distance. Free breakfast buffet. (No bible in the room, yay!) Cons: Room and public area cleanliness could be better: all towels didn't look clean at all, lamps and shelves were covered in a lot of dust, we had a small leftover toilet paper roll, no hooks for towels in the bathroom to hang the towels to dry them and to be able to reuse them, breakfast seating area booths were very dusty ( in the back) as well.

Excelente servicio. Mi vuelo para Chicago se atrasó por una tormenta y no me daba tiempo a llegar al check in, y los llamé y me garantizaron la estadía. Son muy serviciales y el hotel queda muy cerca de lugares importantes de Chicago. Me encantó la experiencia y el desayuno.

The hotel bar wasn't opened during it's extremely limited hours (Fri-Sat 4-10pm). The room was much smaller than anticipated with one side of the bed less than a foot from the wall. The A/C was very difficult to figure out. Staff was helpful and kind. The lobby is extremely pretty!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. From the moment we checked in the staff were amazing and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The building is a beautiful remodel of the Chicago Motor Club and still has some original features inside the lobby. I can’t wait to come back!!

Room is pretty darn small. Truly only fits the king bed with maybe 2 feet on each side of the bed. No dresser. One of the bedside shelf’s does have 3 small dresser drawers (calling it a dresser is giving it WAY to much credit). There is a small closet about 3 1/2 feet wide. The bathroom has very little counter space. There is a small desk with an uncomfortable chair. By the way the only chair in the room. No place to put another chair. This room is smaller then an inside cabin on a cruise ship. Reminded me of the old McDonald’s “Super Size” me commercial. This is the one that shows a guy checking into his room and when he puts the bed down the door won’t open. This room is very close to this For Real!! The hotel is centrally located and they do serve a nice hot & cold breakfast. I don’t know if I would stay here again given the price and the very small rooms.

Excelente ubicación. Excelente personal. El precio fue muy bueno para la ubicación privilegiada. El desayuno muy bueno y variado durante nuestra estancia. Lo único que me disgusto fue el baño. La puerto no tiene cierre y la bañera resbala mucho y es peligroso si uno anda con niños, solo por eso le doy 4 estrellas.Aun no hay house keeping por la situación del covid. No me disgusto, porque solo éramos nosotros en la habitación.

El hotel está bien ubicado, es limpio y ofrece servicio de parking. El personal de reception fue muy agradable y educado. Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido: los ruidos de otras habitaciones, el desayuno no es nada saludable y no diferencian entre adultos o niños. (Mi hijo se enfado porque no había cereales ni leche). Y en la habitación el aparato de aire estaba justo encima de una de las cama, algo poco recomendable. Y el agua circulaba por la pared y se oía mucho, era molesto para poder dormir. Ademas no hay papeleras grandes. Si debes comer en la habitación por lo menos que te permitan tirar todo en una papelera mas grandre. La basura se desbordaba de la papelera.

Positivo: Ubicación (cerca de todo), Lobby y atención (principalmente los que realizan la limpieza). Podría mejorar: desayuno, comodidad de la habitación y calefacción.
