“My husband and I had a 5 day 4 night stay at the Royal Service Paradisus Palma Real. They lived up to their name and gave us excellent royal treatment and services. Our room was beautiful and extra spacious. Comfortable and clean. Stand up shower and large tub with jets for jacuzzi like experience in our bathroom. Room got cleaned and restocked morning and evening. Our Butler Armando Minier took excellent care of us and was always available for whatever needs we had. He took time to make our reservations for dinner and made sure we had nothing to worry about. He was only a text message away. Everyone in the resort was attentive and willing to help and very lively. Made sure our experience was always amazing. Many areas to hang out and relax, both indoors and outdoors. Pedro (beach front attendant)made sure to have our beachfront Cabana ready for us every day and kept our cold drinks coming. Would definitely come back to this spot if the opportunity presents. Awesome resort. Amazing experience.”
