“-1 Star for bad service, we were charged twice for the same room. As of this review we still haven’t had this issue resolved.
-1 Star for cleanliness, found dirty used earplugs in the room next to beds.
-1 Star for the condition of the room. The ac would constantly lower the temperature by itself. The window shutters were broken. Scuff marks on walls and furnishings.
The only reason I’m not giving them one star is because the manager was a decent person and tried their best to help us. I’ve stayed at red roof inn that was cleaner and more convenient if that says anything about this place. Especially during Covid-19.”

“I stayed there 5 nights a week for nearly 5 months for a work related stay in summer/fall of 2019. The entire team was so helpful and friendly and they went out of their way to provide anything I needed. I knew a lot of the staff by first name and they were truly hospitality professionals. They were so welcoming and the accommodations were wonderful. It made me feel like it was a home away from home and that is what hospitality is all about. Thanks Hyatt Centric Chicago Loop!!!”
