“Stayed here for a soccer tournament. Great room and an awesome view. We loved the access to the pool. Close to everything we were looking for. Only issue we had was that they had a wedding or live music outside; unfortunately for us, they played until midnight and we could hear everything. Other than that, great place!”

“Checked in on a Thursday, children and patrons running up and down the halls all hours of the night, no sleep. Friday, a wedding with loud music (to be expected of course) in the tent outside our window (mind you 11 floors up), advised by front desk weddings end at midnight, ended about 12:30 am, but patrons in and out of rooms, up and down the hall until at least 2 or 3 am. Saturday, two weddings also ending between midnight and 12:30 am, but again patrons in and out of rooms, up and down the halls until 2 or 3 am. Sunday, finally quiet, was able to get some sleep. Moral of the story is, if you like to party the hotel is great, nice rooms, nice amenities, if you're looking to get any rest during you stay....forget about it. Requested call back from hotel manager 7/25/21, still waiting for a call back. Now on hold with hotel for at least 15/20 minutes waiting to find out why my charge card has an additional $44.10 charged to it. We did request clean towels twice, who the heck charges extra for clean towels. To be continued.....”
