“I have traveled with my family. We've booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and I am very disappointed with the rooms. In my room, the bed is not comfortable and the mattress makes a lot of noise, my baby couldn't sleep because of the noise it makes when she moves. My parent/sister's room was dirty and the bed looks like someone sleep before they arrived. We complained about it and they change my parents to another room but this new bedroom didn't have a bathroom door. Again, we did a complaint and the staff said they will fix it when we come back to the hotel. When we went back, there are new staff, and nobody knew about the issue. The new receptionist didn't listen to us and kept asking the same question. We're tired and just want to rest but it's impossible. The manager came, as I was losing my temper, and said if the issue wasn't fixed they could fix it now. Of course, it wasn't fixed but we just gave up on compliance because nobody could do anything. I was very disappointed as I thought the Hilton would offer a good experience for my family. I am still waiting for a refund, that was offered but, the same as the rooms, I don't think it will happen.”
