“Overall, we had a pleasant three night stay at Zoetry Montego Bay. We weren’t able to enjoy our balcony for the first several hours as we were unable to open the sliding glass door. Maintenance eventually came and fixed the problem. Our ocean view room also overlooked the pool area. The room was very clean but there was a slight ant problem around the double sinks and shower. We appreciated the intimacy of the resort as it is boutique style and we could walk the entire property where in other resorts we’ve stayed we had to hail a golf cart to get around. Practically having the entire pool to ourselves the entire time was nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. We didn’t like that we had to call the front desk and be in the room in order for our minibar to be refreshed yet housekeeping entered the room to clean. Other AM Resorts automatically refresh the minibar for you daily. Room service was EXTREMELY slow but we understood staffing was sometimes an issue. The food was decent but we’ve had better at other AM Resorts. We would stay here again.”
