“Our stay and room were beautiful. The room was clean and the resort felt safe even during the Covid pandemic. We had an amazing time, but none of this equals the experience we had with our entertainment staffer, Chad and our Outside Stage server, Ash! These two are very valuable employees and Secrets should do whatever it takes to ensure that they never leave! They are such an amazing asset to your organization and they made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable. They were professional, personable, fun, and they made us feel like family! We will keep in touch with them...and definitely look for them when we return! They will be the reason we return! They made us laugh, they made us feel special and they took great care of us. Thank you CHAD and ASH for making our much needed and long awaited vacation more than we could have imagined! You two are pros!”
