Everything was fabulous. Our concierge Simeon provided outstanding service. Dinner at Sante was super. It was impressive to watch Milton manage his team to ensure us and all the other guest was well served. It was a pleasure to meet Chef Rafael who prepared a fabulous meal. Additionally, Jose and the other staff provided us excellent service.

The Paradisus is a wonderful property. Incredible service, great pools, beach and activities. The staff is uniformly kind, friendly and service oriented. The buffet food is great. The restaurants are mixed- some good, some not good. I would hope management would work on improving them. A highlight of our trip was our concierge, Yaleidi Sims. She is such a lovely person and so efficient and helpful. She made our trip incredibly special. Ask for her!!

I love the place and the staff are superb the food is also good. But the actual hotels needs much work done. From small details to some major health and safety works in the rooms. I am more than happy to provide an extensive details if required as I feel the place has so much potential to be even better than what it is. Our concierge Wily was super and worked well with us and made our stay even more enjoyable sorting all things for us. This review is for the hydro grill only and my experience there. The restaurant was nice, very good service and the portions were generous. The servers Ulisis and Kelvin were great and attentive through out the meal. They took care of the food restrictions our dining party had and went out of their way to ensure everything was correct. You could tell they enjoyed their job and interacting with the guests.

Our vacations was amazing, we have such a great time with our family and everything was nice. We liked our room the beach and the pool was very nice and well maintained, the staff was very friendly and food was delicious, our Concierge Harry Milor was amazing and friendly and has effectively communicate with us when ever possible. He was extremely responsive to all our requests. He made our daughter’s birthday celebration special with a cake to celebrate. We would definitely recommend the hotel and the staff are doing an excellent job. Lot of activities for kids and water park as well. We definitely will be back soon.

Love it here!!! The only downfall is the food. The buffet is disappointing. The only good food experience I had was at Rare. Other then the food, it was absolutely amazing!!! The staff is wonderful. Always greeting with a smile and always look to make your day great. We celebrated our anniversary and they set up our room beautifully. I would highly recommend this resort!!!

The entire experience was amazing. The hotel has breathtaking views, delicious food, and awesome entertainment. Our dance instructor, Alejandro Rivera (aka Happy Boy), was a great teacher. Lots of energy and a fun sense of humor. I am now a master merengue dancer. Our butler, Kelvin, made our friend's birthday truly special. Salvador also helped us go on some fun excursions. Overall, a great trip!

My wife and I enjoyed our wedding here in June 2019. Our experience with Mariangel and the romance team was exceptional! Food was high quality, beach was clean and the service from the staff was on point. We were fortunate enough the have Wilfredo as our bartender on the royal service side. He made sure everyday was something special. The tasting menu at Passion is totally worth the price! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic way to get away and relax.

My husband and I had a 5 day 4 night stay at the Royal Service Paradisus Palma Real. They lived up to their name and gave us excellent royal treatment and services. Our room was beautiful and extra spacious. Comfortable and clean. Stand up shower and large tub with jets for jacuzzi like experience in our bathroom. Room got cleaned and restocked morning and evening. Our Butler Armando Minier took excellent care of us and was always available for whatever needs we had. He took time to make our reservations for dinner and made sure we had nothing to worry about. He was only a text message away. Everyone in the resort was attentive and willing to help and very lively. Made sure our experience was always amazing. Many areas to hang out and relax, both indoors and outdoors. Pedro (beach front attendant)made sure to have our beachfront Cabana ready for us every day and kept our cold drinks coming. Would definitely come back to this spot if the opportunity presents. Awesome resort. Amazing experience.
