Fomos ao spa e ao restaurante. Sobre as vantagens - não há estilo imperial soviético, como em Nobile. Tudo o que foi pedido no restaurante estava muito saboroso, bom, atendimento atencioso. Massagem, se você não comparar como é feita na Tailândia ou Bali, não é muito ruim. Sobre os contras - a recepção na área de spa, é algo. Há quatro meninas no balcão ao mesmo tempo (apenas uma trabalha na recepção), o restante é de outros departamentos e há muitas conversas pessoais com os hóspedes. Quanto à garota da recepção - sem água, sem chá / café não é oferecido. Sem um pedido para mostrar tudo, ela também não mostrou nenhuma iniciativa. Não são fornecidas recomendações para saunas (temperatura da sauna, tempo de visita recomendado e número de sessões). Estávamos em duas cabines de massagem - você pode ouvir o barulho de um secador de cabelo do salão, porque a porta do salão e do spa, por algum motivo desconhecido, decidiu não fechar, aparentemente.

Hay cuatro chicas en el mostrador a la vez (solo una trabaja en la recepción), el resto son de otros departamentos y hay muchas conversaciones personales con los invitados. En cuanto a la chica de la recepción, no se ofrece agua, ni té / café. Sin una solicitud para mostrar todo, tampoco mostró ninguna iniciativa. No se proporcionan recomendaciones para saunas (temperatura de la sauna, tiempo de visita recomendado y número de sesiones). Estábamos en dos cabinas de masaje: se puede escuchar el ruido de un secador de pelo en el salón, porque la puerta del salón y el spa, por alguna razón desconocida, aparentemente decidieron no cerrar.

Os hóspedes do hotel estavam insatisfeitos com a qualidade do quarto. Gel de banho 1 a 2, não é possível selecionar canais na TV, pão amanhecido, manteiga congelada. A equipe é receptiva e amigável, apenas devido a ele e à localização a classificação permanece bastante alta

Los huéspedes del hotel no estaban satisfechos con la calidad de la habitación. Gel de ducha 1 a 2, no es posible seleccionar canales en la TV, pan duro, mantequilla congelada. El personal es receptivo y amable, solo gracias a él y a la ubicación, la calificación sigue siendo bastante alta.

Ontem fui ao spa com minha namorada. Eu não pagaria nem 50 lei pela massagem, porque ele fez um único movimento por uma hora. Não senti que esta senhora da Indonésia pode fazer massagens em geral? Pena que a área de spa é muito boa. Se eu continuar gostando.

Ayer fui al spa con mi novia. No pagaría ni 50 lei por el masaje, porque hizo un solo movimiento durante una hora. ¿No sentí que esta dama de Indonesia puede dar masajes en general? Lástima que la zona de spa es realmente agradable. Si sigo disfrutando.

O único hotel da cadeia Accor na Moldávia, e eu diria que sorte o ter encontrado. Serviço 5 estrelas, quarto soberbo. Bom restaurante e preços muito acessíveis.Recomendado!

O RECEPTOR FOI PARA CASA E NÃO TE DEU O QUARTO, OU COMO FINALMENTE PERDER SEUS CLIENTES FIÉIS?Desde 2018, somos clientes deste Hotel. Cada vez que voltei a Chisinau fiquei com este hotel por nossa escolha. Ontem à noite cheguei ao HOTEL BERDS depois de um longo voo. Às 23:40 chegamos ao estacionamento dele, pegamos nossas malas e nos dirigimos para a recepção para a hospedagem propriamente dita. Não vi ninguém na recepção, e em poucos minutos um senhor saiu com o seguinte anúncio: A RECEPÇÃO VOLTOU PARA CASA ÀS 23:00 E NÃO PODEMOS TE DAR O QUARTO. Então, na verdade, os serviços do hotel funcionavam com a hospedagem apenas até as 23h, às 23h30 não era permitido ficar. Neste momento em plena pandemia não chegamos ao restaurante nem a um museu, CHEGAMOS A UM HOTEL PARA ALOJAMENTO. NO MUNDO O SERVIÇO DE ALOJAMENTO DO HOTEL É FORNECIDO - 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. Mesmo que isso aconteça por a contabilidade ser o serviço restrito por certos motivos (não está claro) - A SOLUÇÃO É ENCONTRADA. O IMPOSTO DE ALOJAMENTO TAMBÉM PODE SER PAGO NA MANHÃ SEGUINTE. De que método de sobrevivência estamos falando nestes tempos em que não trabalhamos depois das 23h? Depois de falar com o arrogante gerente Andrei ao telefone através do serviço de segurança deste hotel - decidimos que não vamos mais pisar na soleira deste hotel. Além disso, iremos reportar esta situação a todos aqueles a quem tenhamos recomendado e promovido este hotel, sendo o caso CLARAMENTE DEFINIDO pela falta de profissionalismo, desrespeito pelos clientes fiéis, uma abordagem grosseira e uma baixa competência.

EL RECEPTOR SE VOLVIÓ A CASA Y NO TE DIO LA HABITACIÓN, O ¿CÓMO FINALMENTE PERDER A TUS CLIENTES FIELES?Desde 2018 somos clientes de este Hotel. Cada vez que regresaba a Chisinau, estaba con este hotel por nuestra elección. Anoche llegué al HOTEL BERDS después de un largo vuelo. A las 23:40 llegamos a su estacionamiento, tomamos nuestro equipaje y nos dirigimos a la recepción para el alojamiento real. No vi a nadie en la recepción, y en unos minutos salió un señor con el siguiente anuncio: LA RECEPCIÓN SE VOLVIÓ A CASA A LAS 23:00 Y NO PODEMOS DARLE LA HABITACIÓN. Entonces, en realidad, los servicios del hotel trabajaron con el alojamiento solo hasta las 23:00, a las 23:30 no se le permitió quedarse. En este momento en medio de la pandemia no llegamos al restaurante ni a un museo, LLEGAMOS A UN HOTEL POR ALOJAMIENTO. EN EL MUNDO SE BRINDA TODO EL SERVICIO DE ALOJAMIENTO HOTELERO - 24/7. Incluso si sucede que el servicio de contabilidad está restringido por ciertas razones (poco claro), SE ENCUENTRA UNA SOLUCIÓN. EL IMPUESTO DE ALOJAMIENTO TAMBIÉN SE PUEDE PAGAR A LA MAÑANA SIGUIENTE. ¿De qué método de supervivencia estamos hablando en estos tiempos en los que no trabajamos después de las 11 de la noche? Después de hablar por teléfono con el arrogante gerente Andrei a través del servicio de seguridad de este hotel, decidimos que ya no pisaremos el umbral de este hotel. Además, informaremos de esta situación a todos aquellos a quienes hemos recomendado y promocionado este hotel, siendo el caso CLARAMENTE DEFINIDO por la falta de profesionalismo, la falta de respeto por los clientes leales, un trato grosero y una baja competencia.

Lovely hotel! We stayed here unexpectedly and it was great. The staff are so helpful, the rooms clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms clean with good hot water pressure! The food in the restaurant was great - fresh, high-quality and tasty. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk to the central downtown area, with a range of restaurants and shopping also outside. The train and bus station are within 10 minute walks too.

I stayed at Berd's for over two weeks in July of 2019. My entire experience was enjoyable, thanks in no small part to the courteous and attentive staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, truly went above and beyond while remaining friendly and pleasant. Should my company continue sending me to Moldova, I'd certainly want to stay here again.

A bit far from the city centre,for a walk.Wonderful handwrited greeting cards and a cookie jar in the room. Clean. Nice spa on the basement. Very good bed. Helpful staff. There is a permanent exhibition of art in the lobby where you can buy the works of art. It's a smoking free hotel. There is a restaurant too,Mezzo,but I can't recommend it. I will post a separate review regarding the restaurant. The hotel definitely worth it,despite the poor breakfast in the restaurant.

Boutique hotel with exquisite design and attention to detail, using only the highest quality materials in their interior. Loved the large comfy leather armchairs in the lobby, wool rugs, serene and spotless rooms. Fantastic cuisine at their lobby restaurant. Hotel has private car transfers available - very convenient for business travelers.
