“The hotel was nice! It's in an awesome area of down town Chicago. Food and beautiful park, massage spot all within walking distance of the hotel, however the mattresses were total and complete TRASH. They have a deep sink in the in the middle. This made for sleepiness nights and they even changed our room and that mattress was horrible as well. I will not be staying at this location unless new mattresses after purchased.”
