“Absolutely fantastic.EDIT: had to drop a star due to a front desk that could not for some reason handle a late check out, which caused quite a few unnecessary trips to get the room key reactivated. Also for some reason late checkout requests can it be made the morning of departure, which is not particularly convenient.Aside from the front desk, all other service here was exceptional.”

“The room is very modernly equipped. Most of the ceiling lights are recessed and as a result the room is lit via bounced soft light instead of harsh direct light. Very pleasing and comfortable to the eyes. One thing to be aware of that maybe management can take a look at is the hotel shuttle for pick up and drop off at the airport. One of the vans has a bad rear door that doesn't lock and so luggage that gets stored in the back might fall out on the highway if not properly locked. Our van driver had to get duct tape and taped the door closed on our way from the airport to the hotel and we just brought our bags in the van instead of storing it in the rear. Just something to be aware of so guest luggage doesn't get dumped on the highway accidentally. But otherwise a great stay!”
