“Great to stay here again!! Loved our 1st visit several years ago. Great location by the Chicago river. Fantastic front desk staff & Edward was very helpful with our luggage. There is a great store on the LL level that has all you need while staying at the hotel. Don't miss taking the river cruise, either by day or night!!”
