“Having stayed at the Drake before Hilton bought the property, it’s a shame what they’ve done to this classic CHICAGO hotel. We arrived Friday night and there were no blankets for the sofa bed. It took 4 calls and over an hour to get a blanket for my kids. On Sunday evening we called to get bath towels because the housekeepers didn’t leave any. We were told that they had no one on staff to deliver them until 9 am, almost 2 hours later. Amazing. And the room was falling apart. Peeking wallpaper, cracked and flaking ceiling plaster, and a hole in the wall where a mini fridge had been removed. FYI, I am a Hilton Diamond member, so I doubt your experience will be any better, especially in terms of service. Shameful.”

“Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your stay. This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down.
