“The hotel was nice the room I had gotten was bigger than I expected. My down fall about this place was the pool was not open when I was told it was before my arrival. The second was I burned my hand very bad my first night there. I had gotten a second degree burn, due to The hotel did not have the proper equipment in my room for having a oven. There was not pot holders or oven mitts nor a baking sheet or baking tools. I had to use a pan and a towel when cooking. The next day I went to the front desk to ask for oven mitts and showed the guy who was working what happened to my hand and his reply was " Im sorry to hear that" and said he would have someone bring me oven mitts and pot holders.No one came and I was there for 5 nights. I went to walmart and bought my own. This is very bad service . If you are going to have ovens and heatedCooking equipment then it is their right to provide the proper tools to cook with.”

“The rooms are great an everything you need however this is my second stay here and this is the 2nd time the alarm has went off due to a party and people smoking Marijuana in the room. Maybe some type of security etc on this property might help. If you have small children Im not sure this is the place for you to stay as you can smell Marijuana when you walk to your car.”
