Todo o lugar em construção, a recepção foi rude - e não útil, a piscina não estava limpa o suficiente para nadar. Quarto era limpo, mas todas as comodidades; café para papel higiênico eram muito baratos. Ginásio tinha dois equipamentos e um estava fora de ordem. Eu nunca ficaria aqui novamente.

Entire place under construction, front desk was rude -and not helpful, pool was no clean enough to swim in. Room was clean but all amenities; coffee to toilet paper were very cheap. Gym had two pieces of equipment and one was out of order. I would never stay here again.

Meu amigo tinha uma reserva neste hotel e quando chegamos, a recepção parecia estar muito estressada e estava falando conosco de maneira muito rude, e estava dizendo que meu amigo não teria permissão para fazer o check-in, pois o sistema estava inoperante. Nenhuma instrução clara foi dada e nem mesmo fomos informados sobre o que fazer enquanto o sistema estava inoperante. A experiência não foi muito recomendável, sem contar que meu amigo veio de um voo de outro estado.

A piscina está aberta apenas nos fins de semana :( Está em construção com perigo e fumaça de tinta em todos os lugares. O café da manhã foi decepcionante. Nenhum gerente disponível para conversar. O nosso quarto era agradável e limpo, confortável e tranquilo.

The pool is only opened on the weekends :( It is under construction with danger and paint fumes everywhere. Breakfast was disappointing. No manager available to talk to. Our room was nice and clean, comfortable, and quiet.

My friend had a reservation in this hotel and when we arrived, the front desk seemed to be very stressed and was speaking to us very rudely, and was telling that my friend will not be allowed to check in, since their system was down. No clear instructions were given and we weren’t even told of what things to be done while their system was down. The experience was not really recommendable, not to mention that my friend came from a flight from different state.

Falando para um quarto acessível para deficientes. O assento do chuveiro se estendia além da banheira, impossibilitando o uso da cortina do chuveiro para manter a água fora do chão. Shameful for a Marriott brand.We checked in, room reeked of marijuana. Asked for new room, same problem. Not a clean appearing facility.Had them check us out, refund us, and stayed elsewhere.

Speaking to a handicapped accessible room. Shower seat extended past the tub making it impossible to use the shower curtain to keep water off the floor. Since housekeeping is limited this meant I had to ask for extra towels to soak up the water on the floor. There is a phone installed on the wall that is so close to the grab bar that it makes it difficult to use the bar effectively so my son has knocked the phone off the hook a few times when trying to gain his balance. Room didn’t have dish soap or towels and dish set was a bit incomplete. We reserved a king bed suite and got a queen studio. Considering my son is 16 and needs space due to his surgery that is a huge adjustment. Many of the lights on the property do not work which becomes an issue of safety at night. I had to use my cell phone flashlight to navigate the property and also to figure out how to use the card to enter (no light at the door or lights in the parking lot) which isn’t the easiest thing while pushing my child in a wheelchair that needs two hands to do so. Accessible entrance is not easily found. Went to two doors because the one near the parking lot wasn’t accessible and the one near the courtyard was (super steep incline on the ramp to that door). If you don’t have to consider safety and accessible options it’s likely ok. I stayed here before many years ago but my son at that time was not wheelchair bound so I didn’t notice all these problems then. The hallways do have smells of food and animals but the room appears to smell ok. Our tv also doesn’t work properly. It allegedly was on 86:100 but barely a whisper as far as volume

This place rips off veterans. Really, they're ripping off the citizens of the United States by not honoring the government rate for official travel. But also ripping me off, because I'm going to have to eat the difference based on the way travel reimbursements work. Occasion: Work travel - Booked online for 3-8 April at government rate of $199 - Shortened reservation to check out 6 April before my arrival date ( my Th/Fr meetings were cancelled) and was not informed of a rate change, nor did I receive an updated confirmation reflecting a different rate) - Offered proper documentation per their website at check in and was told they didn't need (looking back, this could have been a foreshadowing but it's not uncommon for businesses to not want to see ID so I didn't infer trouble at the time) - Called on the 5th to extend until Friday again (they added back the meetings on Th/Fr) and was not informed of a rate change, nor did I receive an updated confirmation reflecting a different rate -When I received the bill, even though they had listed the correct rate at the top, they charged me $328 for all but the last day (smh on that one). And to make matters worse, when I tried to call the hotel and Marriott to get the adjustment, they denied me! Would I return/recommend? Not if you're military or government on official travel FWIW, the husband is a Hilton Honors member and has never had an issue of this nature or a response of this type from Hilton. I'm already looking into whether I can transfer my status...

Overall it was a fine place to stay. CONS The breakfast was not good at all. Soggy waffles, dried out sausage, the eggs were okay. I stay places with breakfast in mind and that was not one I would want to have again. The stay was Over priced I felt compared to the marriott Renaissance Cleveland that I was in the weekend before for $50 cheaper and only 5 min walk from the house of blues right downtown where my concert was at. Not real close to late night food places. PROS The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfy. The area was nice and I felt safe walking around at night.
