Reception service: 9/10 Location: 7/10 Architecture / Facilities : 7/10 Panoramic views: 8/10 Quality / Price: 9/10 Smart and simple hotel, with a professional team that can help you in a perfect Spanish, English and French. The breakfast and restaurant are ok. Not far away to the to the city center. Just in the corner of avenue close to a forestry graveyard is a quiet place. Recommended for a weekend in Praha or an stay for business.

i'm on vacation with my wife and it's disappointing that there can't be a big single bed they only have 2 small beds put together even though i booked in advance. unfortunately i need a good sleep with a comfortable bed it has grooves that make my back uncomfortable the air conditioning in the room can't be customized i cant sleep and it was a really bad experience

The staff ist really nice and they have a great breakfast to keep you full for a couple of hours. I was a little irritated by the electricity in the room, since there was a lot of flickering, but nothing to worry about. What I didn’t like at all was that the staff didn’t care for their guests to provide a vacc certificate or a neg test, nor did they care for the guests wearing masks when walking along the breakfast room. My partner and I didn’t feel comfortable, as most of the people touched several items at the breakfast counter, put them back and, as I said, didn’t wear masks. It’s the hotel’s responsibility to meet the hygienic standards during a pandemic and this hotel unfortunately didn’t meet the standards…

Camas confortáveis, banheiro péssimo (são 2 caixotes:um para o chuveiro e outro para o vaso). Café da manhã muito bom! Academia de ginástica se resume a três aparelhos para cárdio. Não há nenhum tipo de peso etc. Atendimento dos funcionários muito cordial. Fica bastante afastado do centro histórico (cerca de 5,5 Km) e a 1Km do metrô mais próximo.

Our stay here was terrible... broken air conditioning, no ceiling fans and windows that can't be opened or even looked out of. The room was dark and stuffy with no way to cool it down or let some air in. The shower in the middle of the room didn't help either because the steam had nowhere to escape, same with the toilet which didn't even come in a separate bathroom but was just behind a slifing door in the middle of the room. The door didn't even close all the way or reach up to the ceiling so enjoy your roomate's or partner's peeing sound if you plan on staying here... besides the room was kinda dirty there were brown stains on the furniture and sink even after room service was in. pro: the matress was comfy enough though the beds slide around with the tiniest push because of the wheels underneath. also the service was nice enough although not very helpful because that technician that was supposed to look at the ceiling fan/window situation never came... the location is also not the most central

Really nice modern hotel situated just outside the city but with a very good public transport connection to the city. Don't park your car at their parking place because you pay extra. Park along the road for a few days and that is very cheap. Nice restaurant nearby. See my other reviews and tips. They have a really nice breakfast buffet with local food as well.

I sometimes stay here when visiting Prague for my work and it is always a pleasant stay. Comfy beds, ok gym for some workout, also love the shower here and they got amazing breakfasts. Ou and a welcome drink for free is always appreciated. Thank you Occidental. See you soon.

Hemos cogido 2 habitaciones a la 5a. Planta. La verdad que bastante reducido el espacio. Para ser una habitación doble casi no queda lugar para pasar, y tiene poco espacio para guardar la ropa, si es una persona sola bien, pero si son 2 personas va bastante apretado. Lo otro que me llama.la atención es que de la ventana no se puede ver para afuera porque el vidrio está cubierto con un capa plástica que no permite ver para afuera, la verdad que no entiendo porqué, pero siendo que la habitación es pequeña y además no puedesver para afuera da un poco de sensación de encierro. Por lo demás es limpio y correcto, bastante moderno. La recepción bien, el desayuno muy bien, y se puede cenar hasta tarde, en el lounge bar, buenos platos a precios moderados

Excelente hotel. Moderno e novo. Ótima estrutura. Café da manhã de qualidade e bem servido. Atendimento ótimo. Perto do metrô, restaurantes e shoppings. Mas não fica próximo às atrações turísticas. Mas pelo metrô é bem rápido e prático chegar.

Muiiiiito distante das principais atrações turísticas. Distante até do metrô caso esteja chuva ou frio que muito comum em Praga. O banheiro é literalmente dentro do quarto, separado apenas por placas de plástico, sem isolamento sonoro ou Luminoso. O aquecimento do quarto não funcionou, passei um frio terrível.Reclamei com 2 funcionários diferentes que foram cordiais mas não resolveram nada. Comida do restaurante que é quase obrigatória dada a grande distância de um bom centro comercial é apenas modesta e o preço é muito alto. Pela localização e estrutura do hotel não passa de 3 estrelas

Renovado recientemente, la familia Barceló ha dado un aire fresco y actual a este complejo. El diseño de las habitaciones, con baño dividido en cabinas es tendencia. Si bien no todas las habitaciones siguen este esquema: hay clientes que lamentan una bañera demasiado alta e incómoda. Algo peligrosa, incluso. Los pasillos tienen un color algo oscuro, en cambio las habitaciones están bien iluminadas. Son grandes y con una cama para grandes hazañas. 😍😍 La idea del sensor automático para iluminar el inodoro no es tan buena como parece. Si a la noche el acompañante en la habitación lo utiliza, la luz se enciende quieras o no, y permanece conectada 4 minutos... Dando por saco, la verdad. Si bien esto se puede mejorar. El servicio impecable y el buffet inmaculado. También se agradece la inclusión del castellano en toda la cartelería, habiendo capital español detrás, qué menos. Cuenta con la peculiaridad de que linda con un cementerio, razón por la que a las ventanas de ese lado se les ha aplicado una lámina traslúcida. A quien esto le de más rollo, mejor abstenerse. Para el resto, perfecto 👌. Sería bueno ir pensando en eliminar los vasos de plástico para invitados de las habitaciones. Sustituirlos por otros reutilizables. Todos debemos acostumbrarnos a una eliminación drástica del plástico de un solo uso, pues el beneficio de ello sí que es global. Parada de metro Budéjovická a 5 minutos.

Hotel muy tranquilo en Praga. Aunque está lejos del centro está muy bien comunicado por metro. Desayuno y cena de buffet bastante variado y muy bueno. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El baño está separado en compartimentos, por un lado el W.C., por otro el lavabo y por otro la ducha o bañera. Eso lo hace muy práctico. Por ponerle alguna pega remarcaría dos cosas: 1ª) la luz del wc se enciende y se apaga de forma automática y sería mejor que lo hiciera de forma manual ya que tarda varios minutos en apagarse y si es por la noche molesta un poco. 2ª) la bañera es muy alta y cuesta entrar y salir

Well-situated (near Budejovicka metro station), friendly and helpful staff (don't speak Czech very well), comfortable modern rooms and tasty breakfast.When I arrived at the hotel, I was "welcomed" with mess (dirty dishes) in front of my room. After I left the hotel, I've been charged for a small amount (I didn't use the mini bar and any other services). I've asked for further information about this charge, after 2 weeks with no response from the hotel.This was my second stay here and probably the last one. I do not recommend Hotel Occidental Prague.

We just arrived home. Great hotel, and very good service and friendly staff, especially de girls of the reception. The window in ourroom could not open, and inmedeatly we did get a much better room on the top floor with great view. Rooms are very clean. This hotel is also great for the extensive breakfast, and other food. With the metro it's easy to get to the beautifulold centre of Prague. Next time when we visited Prague, we will stay in this hotel again.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Prague & enjoyed a very pleasant stay. Our room was very modern, clean with a huge bed which was extremely comfortable. We used the tapas bar for some pasta & a drink on the 1st evening and the breakfast was very good as plenty of choice to eat & drink. The staff were helpful when checking in & marking the sights to visit on the map. It's a 10 minute walk to the metro stop to get to the Old Town on the underground. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Elevator can stuck without any reasons. Beds are too soft. Breakfast is nice but it's the same every day. During first check-in you getting complimentary voucher.

Un hotel muy recomendable. Totalmente renovado, cómodo, bien comunicado y con unos servicios excelentes. Las habitaciones muy nuevas, totalmente equipadas y confortables. Las zonas comunes también renovadas y modernas. No está en la zona antigua pero se llega fácilmente en bus, tranvía o coche. Tiene un parking grande para los coches.

Muy buenas y limpias las habitaciones. La comida buffet está bien pero poca variedad comparada con otros hoteles. Una vez que.estas el personal de limpieza al ser escaso solo mantiene no barre o limpia bien y se les olvida reponer.

The place is nice, it is a shame that the parking is very expensive even if you are a customer (20 Usd for 24 hrs) . The staff is very kind and the rooms are very nice. It is close to a metro station by walk you make around 15 mins and you get to the downtown in 30 mins in total. You have a gas station next to the hotel and the neighbordood is very calm and quite.
