The rooms aren't maintained well. The AC didn't work, the shower water was either boiling or freezing. The cracks around the shower had mold. The bad wasn't very comfortable. The view from the window was very beautiful though. The breakfast wasn't great either. The staff was nice and very welcoming. The hotel is located relatively far from the center. But it is ok, it will take 10 minutes to reach it by a walk.

I’m still staying in the hotel the room is specious and evreything is perfect except that it’s noisy and it appears that the hotel is empty and we asked for a change room they told us it’s not available although as shown that the hotel is semi empty very noisy rooms you can hear all the cars and bikes at all times And I asked for switching the room and they refused and the rooms are very hot

La habitación era amplia para 3 personas, dejan mascotas y la limpieza era exquisita. Además el hotel incluye gimnasio para el que le apetezca. Esta en el centro de la ciudad por lo que se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio. Tiene aparcamiento en las inmediaciones si se va con coche. El personal es muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa. Volvería si fuera a esta zona.

La ubicación es bastante buena( acceso fácil y muy cerca del centro de Lecco). Se puede aparcar bastante bien, incluso enfrente hay un parking privado. El personal, un 10!!!súper amables y atentos. Por cierto, las medidas de seguridad anti-Covid bastante aceptables; en ese sentido, muy bien por la dirección del hotel. El desayuno se puede tomar en una terraza exterior justo enfrente del río, muy tranquila y agradable. En general, un buen hotel, muy recomendable.

El personal de recepción muy bien. El restaurante mal. El primer día llegamos al hotel a las 22:30h, tras hacer el check in pasamos por el restaurante para ver si podemos comer algo. Los camareros, sentados en la barra, miran el reloj y nos dicen que han cerrado hace 5 minutos y se van. Subimos a la habitación donde encontramos un menú del servicio de habitaciones, en el horario pone que está abierto hasta las 23h. Entre las 22:40 y las 23h llamamos por teléfono pero nadie contestó. A las 23h bajamos a recepción donde muy amablemente nos indicaron un sitio donde cenar a esas horas, pues en Lecco a esa hora es difícil encontrar un restaurante abierto, y ya no hay nadie en el hotel para atendernos. El último día de estancia, en el desayuno, la persona responsable no permite a parejas sentarse en una mesa de 4 habiendo más de 15 mesas libres y a media hora del final del desayuno, a una mesa de 6 no la permitieron juntar dos mesas, desayunaron 4 en una mesa y 2 en otra. El desayuno no está mal, pero no lo cuidan. Si ponen los huevos revueltos a las 7:00, a las 11:00 parece que son los mismos porque ya no están jugosos. El personal de recepción muy amable y atento, el del restaurante parece que no tiene ganas de trabajar mucho. Una pena, espero que sea algo puntual.

Excelente! Desayuno exquisito y variado. Habitaciones cómodas y amplias. Lo mejor la cama sin duda. Ni un ruido escuché y todo estaba muy limpio. Quedaba cerca del centro y del lago. Ofertaban servicio de bicicletas y un aparcamiento para el coche. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

El hotel bien situado. No he tenido problema en aparcar por las inmediaciones como mucho a unos 50 metros de la puerta. El personal muy atento. La habitación amplia y limpia, las camas muy comodas, en lo unico que heche en falta fue unos huevos fritos, la calidad es excelente. En general lo recomiendo.

Hotel genial. Habitación muy amplia, eramos tres adultos en camas individuales y sobra mucho espacio para moverte cómodamente. El baño muy completo con una bañera enorme. Como detalle diría que nos pusieron un botecito de gel, otro de champú y otro de bodymilk para los tres y pienso que tendrían que ser tres botes de cada cosa. El desayuno completísimo, tenía de todo y en cantidad. El personal superamable, intentando ayudar en todo. Y la limpieza excelente.
