When I first got there it was great easy check in, bartender and bar director was great along with the chef in the kitchen. And also the supervisor that checked me in was great as well. As my time went further things went wrong. Firstly Housekeepers we’re walking in 3 times a day unannounced. And touched my belongings such as cards laptops iPads and clothes. Secondly I was looked on my phone and seen that that took and extra 300 dollars out of my account and when I asked about it it was said the computer automatically had taken it. Thirdly the woman at the front desk rudest person I’ve ever met, if you don’t like your job don’t work there. Fourthly I checked out yesterday and an ADDITIONAL 524 dollars was taken out of my account after I seen what my bill had clearly stated. Never will stay at this hyatt again. Way too many problems.

Everything meets your expectations for a hotels like this, comfortable room, nice size, good amenities. Could do better on the self parking option (9th flr of deck no elevator to that floor, detached from hotel)

There are many better hotels in midtown. The rooms are nice, but lord help you if you're driving. Or if you like clean things. The parking is accessed via an absurdly narrow / tight roundabout at the valet station. Playing decent music WAY TOO LOUD. Like "I have no idea what you're saying" loud while the valet is trying to figure out what you're doing there. Parking is a deck next door. A tall deck. And guess what? Hotel parking is TOP FLOOR ONLY. So you're gonna get dizzy looping up to the 9th floor, which is also the roof of the deck. $40 per night to park your own car outside. Awesome. Once you get to the top, you have to take the stairs down a floor to get to the elevator. I hope there are handicap spots further down. And I hope you don't have a lot of stuff to carry. And there's not nearly enough room at the reception area to leave a car for long enough to run your stuff upstairs. Ride the elevator all the way back to down to ... wait for it ... the parking deck on 3. Then you have to walk BACK TO THE VALET STATION, then in through the front door like some sort of farmer. This is seriously the 2nd worst parking situation I've seen. The other is in Charleston BTW. Actually this might be worse than that, but I'm not going back to that hotel either. If you get all the way inside, the rooms are nice but they did not really clean mine well enough. There's a pretty clear assprint on the street-facing glass where someone had some voyeuristic fun.

Great midtown hotel, especially in comparison to the nearby Hilton options with which I am familiar - Homewood Suites, Garden Inn, and Home2Suites. The Hyatt is (far) quieter, has better rooms, excellent front desk service, and better parking. And only a few blocks west of other popular lodging options. Slight wear+tear in the rooms, but really not an issue at all IMO. Also close to some good bars and restaurants.

Average hotel in Midtown. The parking situation isn't clear. The rooms are pretty standard, but clean. We got upgraded to a junior suite. No real views. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows need to be bigger. Staff is nice.

This is an excellent hotel! The staff goes above and beyond, they are genuinely friendly people. The hotel is clean, pretty and comfortable in every way, and in a great location! We travel to Atlanta often and it has been challenging to find a truly clean hotel. Hyatt Centric will now be our hotel of choice!

This hotel was very impressive!! But for more than what you'd expect. The property is clean and bright, yes. But the true gem to the hotel is the staff!!! The assistant ops manager, Jolly, was the nicest person I've encountered in hotel industry, and I'm a frequent traveler. The chef Geno, makes the best damn Honey Lemon Pepper wings, I'm serious! Think about, who the raves about how good hotel hot wings are?? I'm telling you, they're the absolute bomb. The front counter staff greet you every time you walk in the door.
