“I downloaded the Hilton Honors app - it was great! I could select my room and use a digital key, which meant never having to go to the front desk or wait in line to check in! The room was clean and stocked. Overall the experience was excellent. If you have had to use an electronic card and been locked out of your room and had to go to the front desk and wait in line to reactivate the key you will understand how excellent it is to use the digital key.”

“When I came to check in, I was informed that my reservation was “cancelled” and they had no rooms available. I showed the woman at the desk that on the website, my reservation was still shown as active so it made absolutely no sense, which she agreed to. After going back and forth, I ended up getting a new room and was charged over $100 more than my original booking price. Absolutely absurd. And on top of that, I was charged for BOTH bookings and am still trying (without success) to get a refund for one of the bookings- I was stuck paying over double the amount I booked for and it was not cheap. Also, I asked for late checkout and was told it would be no problem to check out at 1:00 pm. On the morning of my checkout, I woke up to housekeeping coming into my room at 11:00 am, and shortly after revived message telling me that I supposedly missed my check out time. The staff/management appear to have some organizational dysfunction and inability to resolve an issue that was their fault.
However, the room itself was nice and there are many food options around the hotel.”
