“Stayed here for the close proximity to Stand Up Live. Because we arrived late we decided to sit at the bar and determine where we should eat- we ended up talking to the bartender-( Bruce or Brue?) who had excellent customer service- and drinks! Time passed so concerned we would make the show, we decided to just order from the bar menu- and WOW- the best decision we could have made. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, top 5 burgers of all time. Plus the new your strip cooked and seasoned perfectly.
Rooms are really nice - common areas and lobby spotless. Great history in the building- friendly staff and service.

“Great amenities, poor service. Upon checkout, we asked that the total charge be divided amongst four individuals (despite reservation for two rooms being made under one name). After some confusion, this was accomplished. However, the receipts for each individual only included the name of the person who made the reservation. We asked the receptionist to print new receipts that reflect each individual by name. She told us this could not be done in-person and gave us a phone number to call. We called the number on the way to the airport. The person on the phone said it could not be done over the phone and needed to be done in-person upon checking out. The end result is an administrative nightmare trying to get reimbursed by our employer.
Only one elevator worked during our stay, which meant we had to wait anywhere from 3-15 minutes every time we took the elevator.
Aside from that the hotel was a great fit for our group. The rooms were nice, location was ideal, and the amenities were excellent.”
