“Stayed in one of the Whirlpool Suites because we simply wanted to treat ourselves. The jets were only partially functional and it definitely ended up being just a bathtub. When I spoke to the front staff about this issue they told me that they would have the maintenance look at it. This would have been fine if I intended on staying for more than one night but... I was only passing through. The disposables for the coffee maker (napkins/stirrers etc) we're not replaced between guests. I know this because 3 of the four were opened and missing items from the lot. This is unacceptable as it makes me wonder what else was not properly observed/cleaned/replaced before we entered the room. When the AC cut on throughout the night, it would do so with a loud BANG which would startle us awake each time. I tried shutting the door between us and the AC, but it still sounded very loud everytime it turned on. It int annoy me at first, but the third time I woke up in the middle of the night...it really made me second guess my choices in selecting a hotel. These are small gripes, but I feel as though when I explained the situation about the tub, and the picked through disposable items, it wasn't really acknowledge. All in all, it wasn't terrible, but It definitely wasn't a suite experience. My recommendation... Check EVERYTHING before you agree to stay in the room, even if it's a suite.”
