The Staff was AMAZING! We couldn't of asked for better service!!! Katelyn was super helpful in setting up the contract. Felix showed up and made sure that everything went as planned. We also LOVED Atef! He made sure that we were all taken care of, from dimming the lights to serving the food and beverages! The food was AWESOME! The bartender has a Smile that shined the entire night! We have booked next years party already! Thank you Hilton for hiring a great staff and we look forward to growing this relationship with you!

My husband and I arrived late after getting into town the next morning after the 1st night of our reservation. Because of our extremely late arrival our reservation had been marked as cancelled. Luckily Chloe and Heather at the front desk were able to reinstate the reservation upon our arrival. Their prompt attention to what I feared was going to be a bad situation was exceptional. We were given keys to a room and invited to partake in breakfast if we cared to. We went upstairs to drop our bags in the room to be greeted with the heavy stench of cigarette smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. We immediately went downstairs and told Chloe about the smoke smell situation. She was very sympathetic, understanding and apologetic She quickly jumped into action and moved us to a different room. The new room was wonderful. It was clean and smelled great with a view overlooking the boardwalk and beautiful fall foliage outside. The new room was clean beyond the standards that we have come to appreciate from the Hilton brand of hotels. It was very well equipped for our remote executive lifestyle. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and courteous. They made us feel like we were part of the family. On Sunday morning we had breakfast in the Fountainview lounge. Our server, Tasha, was very friendly and attentive to our table as well as knowledgeable about the local area. On Sunday night, we enjoyed a nightcap at the hotel bar an hour before last call. Our bartenders skillfully created drinks we loved and provided delightful conversation to pass the evening. The last day of our stay, Monday October 31st, the executive lounge host was very accommodating during breakfast and helped us find a quiet place to work and eat. She also located cream cheese for the bagel I wanted to eat when cream cheese was nowhere to be found in the condiments containers. We were extremely impressed by the hospitality at this location. The service and hospitality that we received reminded us why we choose to stay exclusively at Hilton properties. It feels like going home when we travel.

This was a benefit dinner in a banquet room. It was great. Table spacing and room acoustics were top notch. The wait staff were quick, silent, and barely noticeable. I always arrive early at the Hilton to take advantage of the surroundings it is a beautiful Hilton. Since I live in the area, I did not use their rooms.

Location is wonderful. Everyone there was great. The front desk people while staying there were helpful. Besides a mix up with our room. They had us as checked out when were still there. After refreshing our keys everything was fine. It was after leaving that it took a change. We were told to expect our deposit back after a couple of days. Which is perfectly fine and was expected. What wasn't expected was that we were charged more for supposed damages. We only stayed for a short bit and made sure that the room was nice and cleaned and reorganized when leaving. We even gathered all of the laundry in one area so that it would be easier for cleaning staff. When called and asked what damages there were we were told that they didn't have the specifics in front of them and couldn't give us an answer as to what damages there were to anything in the room. It was upsetting to be charged so much and not know what for.

Perfect stay for a simple getaway! Rooms are clean and the entire place smells nice. Customer service was quick and efficient. There's a nice pool and a boardwalk right outside to meet your need for serenity or pathway to food and shopping. Grab some ice cream too! You won't be disappointed here.

Very nice staff and clean room. Bathrooms were nice and the water pressure hit the spot after a long day. Nice views from the room with plenty of things to do nearby. The on site coffee shop was an added plus. I will be back the next time I go to Charlotte.

Depending on your standards, is how you can rate this hotel. I'm giving 2 stars to be nice. I've stayed in some dumps and this isn't quite there. I will say for the price it definitely not worth it, and should not fall under the Hilton brand. I'd say this place is a 1 time thing. The front desk guy I checked in with was wonderful. The room is dated. The bathroom is very dated. It was also not very clean. I overlooked the dirt because I brought my own blankets, pillows and towel. It's simple things that cld take this place up, like having the remote in plastic. The bathroom needs to be completely renovated. I can't stress enough how expensive this place is and not worth it. But, if your standards are in line with this type of place you'll be just fine.

I reserved rooms on the executive level specifically to have access and benefit of the executive lounge. The executive lounge was not stocked or serviced during my stay. No breakfast. No snacks. No beverages. The executive level is supposed to be restricted access. It wasn’t. When I called to log a complaint and ask for a partial refund to the regular room rate I was treated with indifference. I spoke to Chloe. She was rude, defensive and divisive. She constantly interrupted me as I was trying to explain my grievance. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was the lead supervisor on duty. I asked to speak to her boss. She told me to call back that he was on at 2:00 pm. I asked to speak to the hotel manager and she hung up on me. No matter the policy of the hotel no one deserves to be treated the way Chloe treated me. I have never been so mistreated than I was dealing with Chloe. It is not the behavior I would have expected from Hilton or as a “valued” Hilton Honors member. The bottom line. I have bought and paid for a premium room, but only got regular quality. Extremely disappointed.

This was absolutely not worth the price. I've paid half as much for rooms that were twice as nice. When you stay in a Hilton, you expect something above average, and this barely hit average. The room looked like a hospital room, there were stains on the sheet and shower curtain, room service wasn't available, and the vending machine didn't even work. Definitely not a good experience, and definitely won't be staying again.

Wow just absolutely wow!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasurable experience at a hotel! I mean from the moment I walked in, I felt at home! The staff was soooo kind. From the front managers Jason and there was a cute one with glasses and shoulder length red hair (I can’t remember his name now)to Stormy, to Patrick, to even the restaurant and bar staff, EVEN the concierge Hilton vacations desk! Listen!!!! I would book here again just for the service! The rooms were super clean and well maintenance! The executive lounges were spacious and very accommodating to groups and even the breakfast was incredible! My waitress was Gloria there! I mean I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel stay! Keep up the great work!

Acabei de reservar minha viagem para abril e com certeza escolhi um quarto no andar executivo, porque no passado o lounge executivo neste local foi um ótimo privilégio! Infelizmente, após a reserva, pude revisar minha estadia e, neste momento, fui notificado de que o lounge executivo estava fechado. Ainda estava listado como uma comodidade com o quarto no momento da reserva. A very nice place.Went for a retreat and couldn't have been happier with the meeting areas. Found the rooms easily and the dining was good.Outdoors was beautiful!Limited shopping and restaurants were an easy stroll away. The hotel rooms were nice but could use a bit of updating. Everything worked well though.

I just booked my trip for April and was sure to choose an executive floor room because in the past the executive lounge at this location has been a great perk! Unfortunately, after booking I was able to review my stay and at this point was notified that the executive lounge was closed. It was still listed as an amenity with the room when booking. I find this frustrating as I would have liked to have been clearly notified that this was no longer an amenity before booking. This would have effected my choice in room and therefore the cost. I would like to know what the increased charge is for when there is no executive lounge. On top of this, it is also listed, that room service and valet parking are not available either. I understand that the pandemic has effected the industry but I don’t want to pay Hilton prices for a motel 8 experience, I am currently looking for other hotel options!

I loved staying in This hotel! Its beautiful welcoming! There's. Starbucks inside down in the lobby, a bar and restaurant. They also have a ballroom down stairs although I unfortunately didn't have the chance to go down and see it for myself. The employees were all super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable! Definitely would recommend to everyone I know

Nice hotel, quartos tranquilos, linda vista para o lago. Dei 4 estrelas porque não esperava que tudo no hotel estivesse fechado já quando chegamos no início da tarde de domingo. Ficamos desapontados porque não houve aviso prévio disso e tivemos que sair para jantar. Parece pequeno, mas eu estava dirigindo por horas antes do check-in e o serviço de quarto teria sido apreciado, ou pelo menos um aviso publicado em seu site para que eu pudesse pegar algo para a família antes da chegada.

Nice hotel, quiet rooms, lovely lake view. I gave 4 stars because I wasn't expecting everything at the hotel to be closed already when we arrived early Sunday afternoon. We were disappointed because there was no advance notice of this and we had to leave back out for dinner. Seems small, but I had been driving for hours prior to check in and room service would have been appreciated, or at least notice posted on their website so I could grab something for the family prior to arrival.

I was very pleased with Joshua, the front desk clerk...from the time I made the reservations until we checked out. The rooms are absolutely clean and had a neutral, clean smell to it. Everything was clean and crisp! We had the lake view room and it was absolutely beautiful day and night. We certainly will stay here again on our next in-town overnight visit!

Beautiful lake side walk path. it would make it even better if they planted several colorful plants around and by the lake. Trees need to be trimmed a good amount over the path because even in full sunlight, the trees block a lot of light. Other than that it is a beautiful and perfect place to go to in order to relax and enjoy the weather.
