Something happened with our connection, and before i could redial, Marissa was calling me. SO sweet, helpful and caring. I also spoke with Jiquay, and she is just as sweet. Then, when I spoke with Brittany Thompson, I felt like a VIP. She cared to listen to my needs, and her passion for the guests is quite evident. I wish i could rate higher than 5 stars. Thanks Marissa, Juquay, Brittany and Four Seasons Nashville!”

This place has a ways to go if it wants 5 stars from me. I thought "exceptional service" was what sets it apart from every other hotel around town. We could have gotten similar service at a Hampton or Holiday Inn. They took a 1000 gift card from us at check in and refused to give it back at checkout even though we didn't use the entire balance. Turns out it is difficult to use gifts here so I would definitely not recommend giving a gift card to someone for a gift. The agent offered no assistance over the phone either.

As most discerning travelers know, Four Seasons is special. This particular Four Seasons is even more so! From the valet to the check in to the great service at the bar provided by Jess, and the fine in house restaurant, our cancelled flight turned into a wonderful evening. Great work!

There are not enough words to describe this beautiful NEW hotel and the fantastic staff! We stayed in a riverfront suite on the 12th floor and were blown away. Everyone at the front desk was always cheerful, helpful, and personable. William at Mimo was fantastic and showed us excellent service. We arranged airport transfers through the hotel and loved the chauffeur, Oscar. Even on NYE, we were surprised with amazing turn down service. The late checkout was also greatly appreciated. Can’t wait to visit again!
