“Tive uma ótima estadia aqui. Hotel muito moderno com quartos amplos e modernos com um serviço fantástico. Uma coisa que eu gostei é que o restaurante não é um restaurante estilo buffet, o que na China é bastante incomum e era muito descontraído e agradável ... A China é uma carnificina absoluta tentando lutar contra os habitantes locais pelo último pedaço de 🥓Eles têm uma academia muito bem equipada e uma linda piscina, o serviço de quarto também é excelenteNo geral, eu tive uma ótima visita a Pequim desta vez e eu ficaria aqui novamente”

“Whatever you do, do not book this hotel! I was very disappointed, considering it being a 5 star hotel! Not worth the money! Severely understaffed! The staff that were there are not friendly at all, never smile, unapproachable and cold! My husband and I were getting static shocks throughout our stay, the staff said it was because the air was dry! It was so painful, from pressing the lift button and getting shocked to the doors. Worse stay! I couldn’t wait to leave! We were told the mini bar was free, but then they wanted to charge us for it! We had inroom dining, the food was bland and cold! The person who bought the food spilled our soup everywhere. We complained. Ordered the food again, it was still cold and dry. Made our stay in China horrible! They shouldn’t use the Bulgari name, we stayed in London Bulgari and it was amazing, this is a disgrace to the name! They should change the name to static shock hotel with unfriendly cold and approachable staff! The TV was not good as well, no variety. At the end we complained to the manager, the manager told my husband I was beautiful which I didn’t appreciate! He was friendly though and told us we didn’t have to pay for the cold food and the mini bar! We will never come here again! Save your money!”
