Gostamos muito deste hotel! Fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos por todo o staff, com destaque para a equipe do restaurante. Quarto bem equipado. Tivemos a sorte de conseguir um quarto com uma vista para o centro de Granada, a Alhambra e as serranias a oeste, rendendo-nos uma ótima vista do por-do-sol! Estacionamento amplo, ao custo de 15 euros por dia. Ponto a melhorar: sinal do wifi. Boa velocidade, porém baixa intensidade dentro do nosso quarto (que ficava ao final do corredor).

El hotel maravilloso, todo muy lindo, el trato fue super magnífico, adoré las vistas, tanto de la habitación como de la terraza donde está la piscina, la habitación súper limpia, y la verdad que me quedé encantada. Y lo más importante cumplen con todas las medidas para estos tiempos de pandemia.

Muy buen hotel, las camas son enormes y son cómodas, el baño está muy bien y la ducha tiene chorros de masaje, la piscina es pequeña y no cubre pero está bien para darse un chapuzón, desde arriba se ve la ciudad muy bien.

Wow 🤩 even though the general decoration of the hotel is super tacky, even though the staff is mainly untrained in customer service (hummm), the comfort and space of the bedroom was unbeatable and the quality of the half board dinner second to none. I would come back in a heartbeat! And really, their night kitchen chef could be a two Michelin star Restaurant chef.

Sabes ese hotel en el que llegas cansado y sientes que estás como en casa? Éste es!! Es un hotel precioso, muy limpio y bien decorado. La limpieza en las 4 noches que estuvimos estuvo impecable! La cama es extragrande y muy cómoda. La habitación tenía unas vistas increibles a la ciudad. Tienen una piscina con unas vistas increíbles a la ciudad, incluso se ve la Alhambra!! Aunque es muy pequeña, no hubo problema de aforo, la gente respetaba los turnos. Dispone de parking por 16 euros al día pero se puede aparcar fácilmente en los alrededores. Relación calidad precio muy buena!!

De 5 estrellas nada de nada... Puntos negativos que vi en el hotel:1) En cuanto llegamos al hotel solicitamos un carrito para transportar las maletas y unas perchas que traíamos. El personal del hotel no nos ayudó a subirlo a la habitación. Esto nome ha ocurrido en ningún 5 estrellas en los que me he alojado en mis viajes.2) La habitación que nos asignaron estaba sucia: mucho polvo en los armarios, la bañera negra de polvo y suciedad y el baño con muchas pelusas. Se notaba que había estado cerrada mucho tiempo y que no habían tenido la delicadeza de limpiarla antes de recibir a los clientes. Cierto es que avisamos en recepción y nos cambiaron a otra habitación. El resto de la estancia, limpieza correcta, aunque echamos de menos que limpiaran con mayor profundidad el suelo de la habitación.3) La piscina es un "quiero y no puedo", es decir, parecía una bañera y no tiene capacidad suficiente para los huéspedes del hotel. Nos decepcionó, aunque las vistas desde la terraza son preciosas.En resumen, hotel claramente venido a menos, descuidado y donde la limpieza y el servicio es muy mejorable. En la recepción debería haber más personal y los servicios no están a la altura de un verdadero 5 estrellas.

estuve de rebote porque el hotel donde tenia la reserva estaba cerrado por lo del covid 19, nos respetarón el precio, aunque estaba retirado encantado era una noche, super cómodo, esa cama, la almohada y ese cojin y la piscina pequeña pero chulisima para refrescarte.

Un cinco estrellas adecuado por precio y servicios. Lobby amplio y tranquilo, habitación amplia con cama enorme y cómoda. Baño muy bien también. El aire acondicionado funciona correctamente. El desayuno buffet sigue las recomendaciones de sanidad frente al covid y se puede disfrutar fuera al aire libre. Ubicación cercana al centro. En 20 minutos de paseo se llega al centro de Granada.

Es un cinco estrellas que más bien parece un cuatro. Todo limpio y las habitaciones muy bien equipadas. Tiene una pequeña y bien surtida sala de fitness. Y el personal amable y atento pero escaso. Y la piscina es tan pequeña que cae en lo ridiculo. Precio muy asequible.

Alba is the best! Alba the Front Desk Manager helped me to get back a lost item, I forget on my wonderful room. That alone is a reason enough, why I will definitely return to this great business hotel!

Hotel com acomodações excelentes, espaçoso, com um bom banheiro. O cafe da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar. As frutas estavam aparentemente ruins, muito picada com aspecto de muito madura. Atendimento muito bom, pessoal cordial e bem educados.

By far, the best hotel I've ever been to. Rooms are amazing, breakfast is out of this world. They even had a cake waiting for me in my room since it was my birthday!!! I was so happy!

Very clean, and modern looking place. 20 minute walk from everything you need to do in Granada. They didn’t have covers in the room and only one thin bed sheet so it did get cold, oversight there. Excellent service

We stayed here a week and had the most delightful experience you could imagine. Our room was nice and tidy, amenities in the bathroom were great and easy parking for the rental car in their garage. Front desk and concierge gentleman Antonio spoke very good English and helped us with getting around Granada, getting our lost luggage and remembering our names when we approached them. They were happy to help us anytime. The breakfast buffet is fit for an Alhambra sultan hands down the best we ever had on any of our numerous vacations around the world! Fresh baked European breads more than 10 fresh loaves out for you to cut yourself as thin or as thick as you liked! With at least 6 epicurean local fresh cheeses, fresh cut fruit, fresh honey in the comb was so delicious on toasted bread you just couldn’t pass it up! Fried, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, champagne for mimosa, apricot, orange and other juices. This buffet even had gogi berries, oat and soy milk for vegans! Spanish baked goods abound and never ending with at least 6+ kinds of breakfast rolls out. Homemade jams. I could go on and on but the service and quality of food in the restaurant and buffet was superb. The waiter Francisco was very professional, kept our table clean and brought fresh hot coffee all the time. It’s beautiful sitting outside with fountains around the dining area. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. We’d recommend this hotel and definitely stay again when in Granada! Great staff made this stay extra special for us!
