“Went here for a holiday for the first time. Had issues with the first villa that was given to us, as it seemed not to have been clean at all. However, went to the reception and they immediately gave us another one, which also had some issues, however, they promptly sent a cleaning team to the villa who immediately cleaned it thoroughly. Very good service. The swimming pools are nice, however, there are guests that go there with Bluetooth speakers, each one of them playing their own tunes, some hip-hop, some samba, some pop, which makes it a bit annoying, as it is in the end just a bunch of noise with all these music types playing loudly at the same time, and noisy people with no consideration for the other guests there trying to enjoy the pool. The staff does nothing to prevent this, which makes me not give it 5 stars. Other than that, really agreeable place to stay.”

“I thought the overall experience was very good! The beach is beautiful, buffet expansive, and several restaurants to choose for a change. There were so many terrific people there that really made it a good trip. Jonathan from the Member's area was amazinghelping with our transportation needs. Maria at the pool serving drinks is an angel (we love you)!Jack Daniels on the entertainment team kept us informed of all the many activities. Make sure you catch the nightly shows. What amazing performances after a full day. There were so many more great staff members! We appreciate the cleaning staff, bartenders, and reception staff as well!”
