Please no.This is not what I would expect from a Hilton.Old outdated rooms, TVs are old, bathroom was a complete waste of space with mold in the shower and no ventilation, AC is loud, the 'suite' includes a sofa bed that is harder than a rock, linens were dirty and mattress had a huge dent in one side.We paid for a lake view and didn't get it and left the next day despite having a booking for 4 days.Staff was nice but that's the only thing I could say was good at this hotel.Also parking on site... yeah not really.It's a garage near the hotel and good luck if you have any luggage or bags, no elevator... just have to walk.

Excellent and Clean Hotel, Great Location. Amazing staff. Our oversized van was too big for neighborhood parking garages, so the Front desk manager (I think George?) and his team worked hard and made special arrangements for us that worked perfectly. Relieved what had been a stressful situation. 5 stars!

We stayed at the Hilton suites for six weeks. We have never in our whole life gotten the kind of customer service that we experienced at this hotel. Darnita, at the front desk went out of her way every day to make sure that we were happy, the housekeepers cleaned our room immaculately. All the employees at this hotel are so happy, and they care so genuinely about the guests. I have stayed in a lot of nice hotels in my day but I have never experienced anything like this. It was truly our home away from home. Thank you!

Muy lindo hotel en una zona tranquila de Chicago. Camas cómodas y habitaciones con Micro ondas, cafetera y heladera pequeña. Buen gym y pileta en el piso 30, esta última con mucha concurrencia. No tiene restaurante ni desayuno incluido, aunque en planta baja hay buen pequeño bar con algunas provisiones

Hotel velho. Precisa de uma reforma urgente. No primeiro dia não limparam o meu quarto e no segundo dia precisei pedir que o fizessem já depois da 3 horas da tarde. Encontrei uma barata no banheiro. Não tem serviço de quarto e nem restaurante. Os elevadores não comportam a demanda. Uma espera louca. Enfim, só a localização é boa. Bem longe de uma melhor classificação.

Great location in Streeterville, which is a little more calm than across the river in my opinion. Short walk to the beach, navy pier, magnificent mile, etc. I was able to get checked in early which was much appreciated so I could start my day in Chicago! Room was clean and spacious and had an amazing view of the lake and surrounding buildings. Make sure you take a swim in the pool! It’s on the top floor of the hotel!

Las habitaciones estan bien, en general le falta mucha iluminación al cuarto, pero esta bien en espacio y lo que te ofrece. No te limpian el cuarto a menos que lo pidas,esta bien ubicado, estas a una cuadra de la calle principal Michigan Avenue, la zona es tranquila en cuanto a ruido, el staff es amable, el café del lobby esta bueno 😋, pero el café y pan qué venden en la tienda del lobby no lo recomiendo. Enfrente hay una tienda que cierra tarde para comprar lo necesario y no pagar tan caro adentro del hotel. La cama es cómoda, el servicio de televisión por cable también es bueno. Las habitaciones cuentan con microondas y refrigerador. La cafetera de la habitación no la recomiendo, huele feo y se ve Sucia. Creo que es buen hotel en general y más si vas de paseo y solo llegas a dormir.

Service was amazing from everyone who worked at the front desk, to housekeeping and the wonderful man who worked at the Starbucks/convenient store in the lobby. Everyone was so nice, helpful and accommodating. We had to stay an extra night when our flight got cancelled and they put us up in the same room and were really awesome about everything. Rooms were clean and the view of the lake was great. Would 100% stay again.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel, especially for families with young ones. First of all, this suite is extremely affordable and very spacious. We have a one year old and were arriving a bit early and they allowed us to check in at 12:30pm! Baby could nap in the bedroom and we could sit in the living room area and access the bathroom, shower without waking him! They dropped off a pack an play and set it up before we even got to our room. Then we brought him to the indoor pool which was very clean and simple. He loved it! The location of this hotel is unbeatable. We are a walk away from every store, restaurant, water tower place, and there’s even a Whole Foods. We called in the morning to see if we could check out later so babe could get another nap and they said 1pm no hesitation. The staff are so kind and friendly and I just cannot express my satisfaction with this experience enough. We will definitely be back!

Nos encanto la ubicación del hotel, lugar tranquilo a metros de la avenida michigan en la Magnificent Mile donde se encuentran muchas tiendas de marcas, esta a la vuelta de un cheesecake factory y en cuanto a la habitación nos gusto bastante con buen espacio, camas comodas, tiene microondas, minirefrigerador y un sofa cama que puede servir para otro invitado adicional.

As always, Hilton exceeds expectations. Literally everywhere I go, I look for a Hilton to stay because they make it easy and get it right every time. 1) The staff is amazing. They are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. 2) The rooms are always clean, well decorated and comfortable. This trip was no different. Centrally located to food, shopping and sightseeing.

All staff has been friendly and the hotel seems to be very well maintained.As a diamond member who spends 5 nights per week in hotels, though, I was looking forward to more from this particular location.No breakfast offered, the lounge is closed, and a lower level room with no view.They did allow me to check in early, though, so this could have contributed to the poor room location.Overall, okay.

Atraves de pagina de ofertas Orbitz encontramos este Hotel. Por el precio que pagamos pensé que el cuarto sería pequeño. Fue una agradable sorpresa encontrarnos con un comodo y bien decorado cuarto, cama king y comodisimo baño. Excelente servicio y ubicacion. Esperamos regresar!

Over all everything was great. This was a shopping trip. We went to shop at AG store which was right around the corner!! We loved the pool and the view from our room was excellent. I wish they had a restaurant with "real food" other than over priced snacks.

Very poor experience regarding the billing, and the room was not comfortable. There are better hotels with better pricing and nicer rooms. I highly recommend the Sheraton in River North...I have never been disappointed in several stays there.

No amenities available. No real food on site. As a diamond member, I only got a $15 credit at a crummy coffee shop. I paid a lot because it was a Hilton. Definitely not worth what I paid. Won't be back

Hotel by itselfis perfect .Absent valet parking cost me 20 min each day and a lot of nerves .Yes it is covid -I know .Just take vaccinatedpeople ,give them masks and hand sanitizer to resume valet parking-. As another consequence of valet parking absence i was charged twice for the same service -parking lot .Initially Ihave purchased 2days pass ,then parking machine requested me to payfor each day separately. Would notaccept tales that"parking lot is not Hilton"-it is been recommended by Hilton ,soyou are responsible for your words

Perfect location!!Staff was so helpful and felt they did a great job following CDC guidelines. Everyone wore masks in hallway and staff was always disinfecting areas.Would easily stay again, we had a suite which was perfect for our family to have space during our four day stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. The view of Lake Michigan was great. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great for accessing shopping, restaurants, etc. while still being quiet for sleeping. We will stay here again!

Excellent place to stay with family while in Chicago. Enough space for a party of five and a useful fridge and microwave. Pool was great and the fitness center had all you could need. Only note mattresses could be more sturdy. Overall we would definitely repeat.

The hotel needs better maintenance. The bathrooms are not thoroughly clean. I think the hotel should invest in some better cleaning products.The rooms were ok, the carpet stained. The beds were comfortable.The luggage cart has a notice saying to call the front desk to have a team member retrieve the cart. When I called the front desk they said I'll have to bring it myself because they don't have a bell hop.We called the front desk to find out if there were tables and chairs in the pool area, the staff told us that there were none. I guess that person never went to the pool because there were multiple tables and chairs in addition to lounge chairs by the pool. Management needs to educate all their staff on the facilities.

I had a great stay and staff was quick to respond to my needs. The only issue I see is the parking. They direct customers to use the parking at the John Hancock building for $55 a day which is an unreasonable rate, even for Chicago. Instead, use 260 E Chestnut for a more reasonable price. The hotel says they don't get any kickbacks but if that's the case, the hotel should have information on other parking choices.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your place. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. Overall pleasant stay. Great location on the mag mile, but tucked away so there is a bit of a break from the crowds/traffic. Rooms were clean and very nicely designed.

Great place to stay.. Great location.. spacious and comfortable rooms.. excellent staff.. very accommodating.. My only complaint was due to Hilton policies the executive lounge and Hilton in hotel restaurants were closed. Everything is opening but Hilton is slow to respond.

I stayed at Waldorf Astoria Chicago and Trump International a month before. This hotel is clearly doing better than the above two within the pandemic. That being said, the concierge at Trump is better but keep in mind the 300$ price diff. I would say this hotel is currently doing better than the Waldorf Astoria, given the fact that the service at W&A has declined greatly during the pandemic.

A localização é boa e o quarto é confortável com uma cama de bom tamanho. Pontos negativos: ar condicionado faz barulho quando liga; não tem Box, apenas um chuveiro em cima da banheira com cortina; tem uma pequena pia na antesala com microondas debaixo dela, ao nível do chão - para ser utilizado o hóspede tem que agachar ou deitar no chão (pq não colocaram em cima de uma prateleira em altura confortável???).

Un servicio excelente, desde los porteros, todos sonrientes (excepto uno con seriedad y porte ruso), la recepción, las camareras de piso... Todo fue genial. Sólo un día no habían hecho la habitación antes de las 13h, y es comprensible porque había muchas llegadas, ya que el día siguiente había como un congreso o similar. Si encuentras un mejor precio hay que luchar un poco para demostrar que sí lo es y cumple las condiciones, pero respetan el Best Price Guaranteed y te hacen el descuento si procede. Además, en mi caso, me hicieron un upgrade gratuito a vistas al lago y acceso a la planta ejecutiva, lo que significa poder desayunar antes de salir a descubrir Chicago. El desayuno es simple, con poca variedad, pero correcto si se considera gratuito, pero no hubiera pagado por él. Las habitaciones, al ser suites, son amplias y amuebladas con gusto, aunque hay detalles en los que se nota el paso de los años. En la parte de salón dispones de nevera, microondas y cafetera. Y el baño es muy amplio y dispone de dos puertas para acceder desde el salón o desde la habitación. También recomiendo el restaurante barbacoa del hotel, buen precio y mejor calidad. Sin dudarlo, elegiría este hotel para volver a Chicago.

Excelente ubicación. Estuvimos dos días y se olvidaron de limpiar el cuarto. Cuando volvimos ni siquiera habían tendido las camas. No es el servicio que esperaba de un hotel de esta categoría. Tampoco se dispone de wifi free en las habitaciones.
