“Really enjoyed our stay here, first time visiting Chicago from Oklahoma and this unique hotel did not disappoint. You can tell its def an older hotel but the historic look was a cool experience. One employee stood out to us the most his name was Jose, not only did he save us money on giving us knowledge on which transportation to take, his energy and his hospitability was so amazing. I see why he has worked here so many years, he is def a keeper. Highly recommend this hotel and will def stay again.”
