Absolutely lovely in every way. I have the most minor negative so I’ll post that first. There is a nespresso machine in the room but the fee to use their pods was insane. €3 a piece. I have stayed elsewhere and they were totally free. At a place like this I would have expected it to be complimentary. We popped to the shop around the corner and bought a package that lasted for days and days for the same price. To the positives. The room is absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom stunning. The location perfection. The staff so lovely. I mean can I just live in that room? Really so beautiful. The balcony is just small enough to squeeze onto and look at the street below or open to hear the evening music being played or the bustling people below. The room was almost soundproof. The windows are incredibly as we never heard a peep from outside on such a busy area. The noise we heard came from some busy people above us. So a note if you have children to get the bottom floor and if you are quiet to request the top floor. The pool is small but certainly wonderful for hot Spanish days if you have the chance. The complimentary toiletries were also quite lovely. We would stay here in a heartbeat if we ever had to return to Barcelona.

Localização ideal para este hotel e as boas-vindas são perfeitas. O quarto familiar é muito prático para uma família, grande com a pequena zona de cozinha que é apreciável para pequenos-almoços, preparar uma garrafa, guardar algo no frigorífico ... mas mantendo uma decoração de bom gosto. Nada a reclamar da limpeza. Poderíamos ter comido no chão. Além disso, a piscina é pequena, mas é boa para se refrescar depois de um bom dia ao sol de Barcelona.

Foi muito difícil encontrar uma falha no Arai, a equipe foi excepcionalmente amigável e bem informada da área e da história local, eles realmente nos deram a sensação de que nada era demais para eles. A localização é perfeita, a 15 minutos a pé da praia muito agradável e no coração de uma grande área. O quarto era impressionante e bem equipado e apresentado. Realmente gostei da estadia e voltaria novamente na próxima vez que visitar.

Ótimo apart-hotel em uma localização central! Os quartos foram decorados de forma única e tinham vista para a cidade. O terraço com vista para as ruas de Barcelona era o destaque do hotel, mesmo que a piscina fosse um pouco pequena. 24/7 bom serviço, nos sentimos muito confortáveis.

It was very hard to find a fault with the Arai, the staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable of the area and local history, they really gave us the feeling nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is perfect, a very pleasant 15 mins walk to the beach, and set deep in the heart of a great area. The room was stunning and beautifully equipped and presented. Really enjoyed the stay and would be back again next time we visit.

O hotel é bastante sofisticado, com quartos agradáveis e limpos, onde pode encontrar tudo o que precisa para a sua estadia. O pessoal é amável e amigável.A localização não é muito favorável, muito perto do quartal gótico, que é sujo, fedorento e inseguro. No entanto, na área, você pode encontrar bons cafés e restaurantes.

Fiquei uma semana. Gostei muito do hotel: ótima localização, quartos amplos e aconchegantes. Cama confortável, tudo limpo e arrumado. Há uma pequena piscina na cobertura, mas sempre há espaço. Procurei muitas opções em Barcelona, tanto que tinha uma piscina e uma sala grande, esta é uma das poucas. Das pequenas coisas: - no momento do check in, eles levaram um depósito de 300 euros por semana - está tudo bem, mas ninguém avisou sobre isso. - o cartão foi desmagnetizado várias vezes e teve que ir para a recepção (mas isso não é culpa do hotel) - há dois elevadores no hotel, um não funcionava há muito tempo e o segundo não funcionava periodicamente - a cozinha tem utensílios para cozinhar, mas não tem azeite, sal e pimenta.

The hotel is quite fancy with nice and clean rooms where you can find everything you need for your stay. The staff is kind and friendly. The location is not really favorable, too close to the gothic quartal, which is dirty, smelly, and not safe. However, in the area, you can find good cafes and restaurants.

Apartamentos en el barrio Gótico de Barcelona. Pertenecen al grupo Derby , cosa que siempre es garantía de buen servicio y calidad. Las habitaciones han sido restauradas con mucho gusto, una vez dentro aún te puedes imaginar como era el antiguo palacio. Dentro de alguna de las habitaciones hay cabezales que son antiguos mosaicos o mesas que son antiguos techos... precioso! Además al ser pequeño hay un trato mucho más familiar que en un gran hotel.

Un Aparthotel de 4* situado en pleno corazón del Gótico de #Barcelona , a un paseo de muchos lugares turísticos de la ciudad. Está construido en un antiguo palacio y muchas habitaciones conservan restos antiguos como unas viejas puertas del palacio que ahora son un precioso cabezal de la cama en una de las habitaciones. Las habitaciones cuentan con una cocina perfectamente equipada. En la terraza hay una pequeña piscina. Un hotel muy bonito, cómodo y bien situado.
