“I did not have a complaint about this hotel until now. On 12/26/21 at 4pm, Ireceived a knock on the door from the front representative. She mentioned that I had an outstanding balance and she was locking me in the room. Keep in mind, this is the first time that I was told that I had an outstanding balance. Plus, I was in the room all day Saturday and Sunday. It could have been handled better. I did not get a phone call of any kind to let me know of the balance. It was very unprofessional and done in poor taste. I will be complaining to the head manager who runs this hotel and to corporate.”
