“The room met all our needs. Nice to have the microwave and fridge so we didn't have to eat out all the time. The grounds were very well kept and we enjoyed the pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lei making class was great!”

“Pretty, but old property. We got a room with a pretty view of the pool, but the giant generator (or an ac ?) was so loud it kept us from sitting outside or by the pool. The only place you wouldn’t hear it is if you had an ocean front room. The worst was when we left and I realized I had left some of my favorite clothing in the bottom drawer. I called immediately and was assured that they would get it and mail it to me. When I didn’t hear back I called again...and again...and again. Bottom line was “items weren’t found and no one knows what happened to my drawer of clothes and when I finally got a hold of management, they told me that no one there would take it as they were all like family. The management were rude and insulting and told me that the GM would call me back as she was never there when I called, but she never returned my calls. Being a platinum elite Bonvoy member, and being an experienced frequent world traveler, this is by far the worst resort, and worst customer service from management that we have ever experienced. Be sure to lock up any valuables and don’t leave anything behind!”
