Terrible property. Bugs in almost every room. They don't take care of this property well. We've never had issues with an Ascend Property by Choice. They should be ashamed running a business like this. Very surprised this hotel still even has that flag. They need to make changes real quick around here. Propriedade terrível. Where do I begin?!? Upon arrival, the FD clerk was away. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to come to the FD, but no one showed up. I decided to go eat. When I returned I still had to wait 15 minutes before getting checked in. When I got to the room, it was AWFUL. NASTY.The walls were damaged with holes. The headboard was torn and disgusting. The Internet did not work, the lock on the door was broken, there was no cord to the phone so I couldn’t call front desk, there were dead bugs all over the room, the bathroom had broken fixtures and there was rust everywhere, the carpet was gross, there were stains on the furniture.I immediately left and requested my money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

PARA TODOS OS HOLANDESES!!pule este hotel, as fotos parecem boas, mas é melhor você acampar laranja. primeiro teve uma mudança de quarto porque o quarto original era apenas rançoso. .ok quarto 2, saímos por uma hora para comer algo, uma vez no quarto o tapete estava molhado do ar condicionado, até a metade do quarto, imediatamente dor nos pulmões, devido ao mofo e alta umidade, a cama estava suja depois, banheiro muito atrevido, e o lobby era muito lacônico.. eles simplesmente não se importam. 27-09-2022..

They put us in a different room. It too smelled, but so much less that we didn't notice as much and just tried to go to sleep (it was nearly midnight).Overall the hotel looked well decorated, BUT despite having expensive countertops andtub enclosures, the fixtures are rusting, there were no handrails in the tub (falling hazard), stain in the top cover, threadbare pillowcases, and a small hole in the blanket. Thankfully, despite fearing bedbugs due to an itchy reaction to detergent used to clean the linens, we awoke with no critter attacks. And we were able to get some rest. Overall a poor experience 👎😒 02/10/2022. Sem água quente, placa manuscrita postada nas portas da frente (pelo menos fomos notificados na chegada). O funcionário do FD disse que o encanador deveria entrar pela manhã. Restaurante permanentemente fechado. Lavanderia fora de serviço. Não há café da manhã disponível às segundas ou terças-feiras, apesar do site informar café da manhã continental diário. 1º quarto check-out para nós cheirava tão mal! Eles nos colocaram em uma sala diferente. Ele também cheirava, mas muito menos que nós não notamos tanto e apenas tentamos ir dormir (era quase meia-noite). No geral, o hotel parecia bem decorado, MAS, apesar de ter bancadas caras e gabinetes de banheira, os acessórios estão enferrujados, não havia corrimãos na banheira (risco de queda), mancha na tampa superior, fronhas surradas e um pequeno buraco no cobertor. Felizmente, apesar de temer percevejos devido a uma reação de coceira ao detergente usado para limpar a roupa de cama, acordamos sem ataques de bichos. E conseguimos descansar um pouco. No geral, uma experiência ruim 👎😒

Primero tuve un cambio de habitación porque la habitación original estaba rancia. .ok habitación 2, salimos por una hora a comer algo, una vez en la habitación la alfombra estaba mojada por el aire acondicionado, hasta la mitad de la habitación, inmediatamente dolor en los pulmones, debido al moho y mucha humedad, la cama estaba sucia después, el baño era demasiado obsceno, y el vestíbulo era muy lacónico. El empleado de FD dijo que el plomero viniera a.m. El restaurante está cerrado permanentemente. Cuarto de lavado fuera de servicio. No hay desayuno disponible los lunes o martes a pesar de que el sitio web indica desayuno continental diario. ¡La primera habitación que se nos registró olía tan mal! Nos pusieron en una habitación diferente. También olía, pero tanto menos que no lo notamos tanto y solo intentamos irnos a dormir (era casi medianoche). En general, el hotel se veía bien decorado, PERO a pesar de tener encimeras caras y cerramientos de bañera, los accesorios están oxidados, no había pasamanos en la bañera (peligro de caída), mancha en la cubierta superior, fundas de almohada raídas y un pequeño agujero en la manta. Afortunadamente, a pesar de temer a las chinches debido a una reacción picante al detergente usado para limpiar las sábanas, nos despertamos sin ataques de bichos. Y pudimos descansar un poco. En general, una mala experiencia 👎😒

I really don’t want to leave a bad review because my stay for work was nothing but perfect. But I was charged 250.00 cleaning fee for smoking in my room. I don’t disrespect hotels because they open there doors to me year around.My work has me traveling all year.I reached out to Staff and I was told I’d get a refund but haven’t heard anything.And get no help from management.Hopefully I hear back from someone soon!! Eu realmente não quero deixar uma crítica ruim porque minha estadia a trabalho não foi nada além de perfeita. Mas fui cobrado 250,00 taxa de limpeza para fumar no meu quarto. Eu não desrespeito os hotéis porque eles abrem as portas para mim o ano todo. Meu trabalho me faz viajar o ano todo. Entrei em contato com a equipe e me disseram que receberia um reembolso, mas não ouvi nada. E não obter ajuda da gestão. Espero ouvir de alguém em breve!!

I’ll start with the good. The front staff were very kind. But this hotel is completely disgusting. The carpet is dirty with visible stains , not vacuumed ir shampooed. As soon as you get off the elevator to your room you will see that.My room was NOT cleaned. There was hair everywhere on the toilet, urine stains with the seat lid raised as though a man had just finished using it. The shower drain had hair in the drain, brown stains on the floor of the shower. There was no shampoo or lotion in the bathroom. The floors were sticky in the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. The room smelled and was so dated. Shame because the location is beautiful overlooking the Mississippi River. I asked the front desk had the room been cleaned and they said yes, which inside I was shocked and so disappointed ☹️. I asked if it would be possible to clean the room and so they gave me another room. It’s not much better. I don’t want to seem like I am an out of town snooty person but this is the worst hotel I have stayed in for hygiene. The bed doesn’t look fresh at all. The couch in the room has stains on it. The chair handle for the desk is sticky and the desk has food crumbs on it. I know we all have varying levels of what we think cleanliness is, but this is a hotel and it’s unacceptable for it to be this way. I am laying towels on the bed to sleep on because I know it isn’t clean. The microwave has rust stains all over it. In such a beautiful city as Natchez , Mississippi this is a poor reflection. I’m sorry it is, and I was born and raised in Mississippi and that’s not ok. Vou começar pelo bom. A equipe da frente foi muito gentil. Mas este hotel é completamente nojento. O tapete está sujo com manchas visíveis, não é aspirado ou lavado com shampoo. Assim que você sair do elevador para o seu quarto, você verá isso. Meu quarto não foi limpo. Havia cabelo por toda parte no vaso sanitário, manchas de urina com a tampa do assento levantada como se um homem tivesse acabado de usá-lo. O ralo do chuveiro tinha cabelo no ralo, manchas marrons no chão do chuveiro. Não havia xampu ou loção no banheiro. Os pisos eram pegajosos no banheiro e não havia papel higiênico. O quarto cheirava e era tão datado. Vergonha porque a localização é linda com vista para o rio Mississippi. Perguntei à recepção se o quarto havia sido limpo e eles disseram que sim, o que por dentro fiquei chocado e muito decepcionado ☹️. Perguntei se seria possível limpar o quarto e eles me deram outro quarto. Não é muito melhor. Não quero parecer uma pessoa esnobe de fora da cidade, mas este é o pior hotel em que fiquei para higiene. A cama não parece nada fresca. O sofá da sala está manchado. A alça da cadeira da mesa é pegajosa e a mesa tem migalhas de comida. Eu sei que todos nós temos níveis variados do que achamos que é a limpeza, mas este é um hotel e é inaceitável que seja assim. Estou colocando toalhas na cama para dormir porque sei que não está limpa. O microondas tem manchas de ferrugem por toda parte. Em uma cidade tão bonita como Natchez, Mississippi, isso é um reflexo ruim. Lamento que seja, e eu nasci e cresci no Mississippi e isso não é bom.

Too bad all the other hotels were booked or we would have left. The first room smelled and I promise the room had to have had bed bugs. The skirt had stains on it and bug spots, the window panel had bugs, the bathtubs bath mat was peeling and let’s not mention dirty as ever. The floors were just a mess. Okay, second room, the pillows covers were dirty, the windows had bugs, the bathtub bath mat was peeling, the toilet was dirty (like they sprayed and never went back to clean it up) the floors (carpet) dirty, the lamps sheds rust and dirty. Last but not least, the 3rd room was okay, HOWEVER, there was as a dirty a** towel on the shower head, absolutely no freaking tissue, the mirrors was extremely dirty (looked like dried bodily fluids). The room most definitely smelt better than the other two. However, we had to spay the room down, get gloves and clean the mirrors, wipe toilet seats down, and wipe everything down. They had no house keepers the entire weekend, the front desk staff was understanding but I would never. CDC/ Health Department needs to come shut this mf down. Top that, neither would not contact manager so that we could get some form of understanding or something. So please avoid this hotel at all cost. Por onde eu começo! A estadia foi a pior! Para descrever este hotel, tudo o que posso dizer é desagradável. Nós literalmente mudamos 3 quartos para um quarto semi decente. Pena que todos os outros hotéis foram reservados ou teríamos saído. O primeiro quarto cheirava e eu prometo que o quarto tinha que ter percevejos. A saia tinha manchas e manchas de insetos, o painel da janela tinha insetos, o tapete de banho da banheira estava descascando e não vamos falar sujo como sempre. Os pisos eram apenas uma bagunça. Ok, segundo quarto, as capas dos travesseiros estavam sujas, as janelas tinham insetos, o tapete da banheira estava descascando, o banheiro estava sujo (como se eles borrifassem e nunca mais voltassem para limpá-lo) o chão (carpete) sujo, as lâmpadas derramadas ferrugem e suja. Por último, mas não menos importante, o 3º quarto estava bem, no entanto, havia uma toalha suja no chuveiro, absolutamente nenhum tecido, os espelhos estavam extremamente sujos (pareciam fluidos corporais secos). O quarto definitivamente cheirava melhor do que os outros dois. No entanto, tivemos que esterilizar o quarto, pegar luvas e limpar os espelhos, limpar os assentos dos banheiros e limpar tudo. Eles não tinham donos de casa todo o fim de semana, a equipe da recepção foi compreensiva, mas eu nunca faria isso. O CDC/Departamento de Saúde precisa fechar este mf. Para describir este hotel, todo lo que puedo decir es ASQUEROSO. Literalmente cambiamos 3 habitaciones a una habitación semi decente. Lástima que todos los otros hoteles estaban reservados o nos habríamos ido. La primera habitación olía y prometo que la habitación tenía que haber tenido chinches. La falda tenía manchas y manchas de insectos, el panel de la ventana tenía insectos, la alfombrilla de baño de las bañeras se estaba pelando y no digamos que estaba tan sucia como siempre. Los pisos eran un desastre. De acuerdo, segunda habitación, las fundas de las almohadas estaban sucias, las ventanas tenían insectos, la alfombrilla de baño de la bañera se estaba despegando, el inodoro estaba sucio (como si hubieran rociado y nunca volvieron a limpiarlo) los pisos (alfombra) sucios, los cobertizos de lámparas oxidado y sucio. Por último, pero no menos importante, la tercera habitación estaba bien, SIN EMBARGO, había una toalla sucia ** en el cabezal de la ducha, absolutamente ningún pañuelo de papel, los espejos estaban extremadamente sucios (parecían fluidos corporales secos). La habitación definitivamente olía mejor que las otras dos. Sin embargo, tuvimos que esterilizar la habitación, ponernos guantes y limpiar los espejos, limpiar los asientos del inodoro y limpiar todo. No tuvieron encargados de la casa todo el fin de semana, el personal de recepción fue comprensivo, pero yo nunca lo haría. CDC/Departamento de Salud tiene que venir a cerrar este mf. Además de eso, ninguno de los dos contactaría al gerente para que pudiéramos obtener algún tipo de entendimiento o algo así. Así que por favor evita este hotel a toda costa.

La alfombra está sucia con manchas visibles, no se aspiró ni se lavó con champú. Tan pronto como bajes del ascensor a tu habitación lo verás. Mi habitación NO fue limpiada. Había pelos por todas partes en el inodoro, manchas de orina con la tapa del asiento levantada como si un hombre acabara de usarlo. El desagüe de la ducha tenía pelos en el desagüe, manchas marrones en el suelo de la ducha. No había champú ni loción en el baño. Los pisos del baño estaban pegajosos y no había papel higiénico. La habitación olía y estaba tan anticuada. Es una pena porque la ubicación es hermosa con vista al río Mississippi. Le pregunté a la recepción si habían limpiado la habitación y me dijeron que sí, lo que por dentro me sorprendió y me decepcionó ☹️. Pregunté si sería posible limpiar la habitación y me dieron otra habitación. No es mucho mejor. El sofá de la habitación tiene manchas. El mango de la silla del escritorio está pegajoso y el escritorio tiene migas de comida. Sé que todos tenemos diferentes niveles de lo que creemos que es la limpieza, pero este es un hotel y es inaceptable que sea así. Estoy poniendo toallas en la cama para dormir porque sé que no está limpia. El microondas tiene manchas de óxido por todas partes. The bathroom was not clean at all someones bodily fluids where left dried up on the floor- I barley wanted to sit in the room let alone sleep in it. Its sad too because five years ago this was a amazing hotel and the views and the pool was amazing (the pool wasnt even open during our stay-the man who worked there when we asked about it he said "We cant find anyone to clean it" and the water was green). Eu realmente acho que minhas fotos dizem tudo - o hotel era honestamente terrível e não tivemos escolha de ficar (uma noite) até que outra coisa em outro lugar fosse aberta. O banheiro não estava limpo em todos os fluidos corporais de alguém onde deixou secar no chão - eu cevada queria sentar no quarto e muito menos dormir nele. É triste também porque há cinco anos este era um hotel incrível e as vistas e a piscina eram incríveis (a piscina nem estava aberta durante a nossa estadia - o homem que trabalhava lá quando perguntamos sobre isso, ele disse: "Não podemos encontrar ninguém para limpá-la " e a água estava verde).

Absolutely DISGUSTING! The lobby is deceiving! It is beautiful and smells so nice! Once you get in the elevator it goes down hill. Elevator smells and is so small. The carpet in the hall is horrendous. The room REEKS of mildew. All the lamps and metal fixtures are completely corroded with rust. The carpet is sticky. The tub wasn’t scrubbed. Checked out promptly at 7 and got my refund for the second night. Went across the river to the Clarion. It was fantastic! Absolutamente nojento! O lobby engana! É lindo e cheiroso! Uma vez que você entra no elevador, ele desce a colina. Elevador cheira e é tão pequeno. O tapete no corredor é horrível. O quarto cheira a mofo. Todas as lâmpadas e luminárias de metal estão completamente corroídas pela ferrugem. O tapete é pegajoso. A banheira não foi lavada. Check-out prontamente às 7 e recebi meu reembolso pela segunda noite. Atravessou o rio até o Clarion. Foi fantástico!

Realmente creo que mis fotos lo dicen todo: el hotel era honestamente terrible y no teníamos opción de quedarnos (una noche) hasta que se abriera algo en otro lugar. El baño no estaba limpio en absoluto. Los fluidos corporales de alguien se secaron en el piso. No quería sentarme en la habitación y mucho menos dormir en ella. También es triste porque hace cinco años este era un hotel increíble y las vistas y la piscina eran increíbles (la piscina ni siquiera estaba abierta durante nuestra estadía; el hombre que trabajaba allí cuando le preguntamos al respecto dijo: "No podemos encontrar a nadie para limpiarla "y el agua era verde).

The carpet in the hall is horrendous. The room REEKS of mildew. All the lamps and metal fixtures are completely corroded with rust. The carpet is sticky. The tub wasn’t scrubbed. I really think my photos say it all- the hotel was honestly dreadful and we had no choice to stay the (one night) until something else somewhere else opened up. The bathroom was not clean at all someones bodily fluids where left dried up on the floor- I barley wanted to sit in the room let alone sleep in it. Its sad too because five years ago this was a amazing hotel and the views and the pool was amazing (the pool wasnt even open during our stay-the man who worked there when we asked about it he said "We cant find anyone to clean it" and the water was green).

Esta foi a nossa primeira visita ao Vue, e fiquei impressionado. Todos, da recepção para os barmen e servidores, foi profissional, amigável e gentil. O café da manhã foi excelente, ea vista do rio foi um adorável acompanhamento. Foi um prazer ver os passarinhos construindo um ninho nas proximidades. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e atraente, com muitas toalhas, travesseiros e papel higiênico. Minha única queixa era que o ar-condicionado não soprava ar frio, mas como era uma noite fria, não nos sentíamos muito desconfortáveis. Nós definitivamente voltaremos!

Este é um hotel imperdível. Fui convidado para jantar e comi no The Pilot. Fiquei muito impressionado com a decoração e o ambiente. A comida era fabulosa oh meu Deus! O lobby do hotel era muito limpo. Posso imaginar como os quartos são bons. Estou pensando em visitar em algumas semanas para verificar a estadia real no hotel.

Este es un hotel de visita obligada. Me invitaron a cenar y comí en The Pilot. Me quedé muy impresionado con la decoración y el ambiente. La comida era fabulosa ¡oh! El vestíbulo del hotel estaba muy limpio. Puedo imaginar lo bonitas que son las habitaciones. Planeo visitar en unas semanas para ver la estadía real en el hotel.

This is a must see hotel. I was invited to dinner and ate at The Pilot. I was very impressed with the decor and the atmosphere. The food was fabulous oh my! The hotel lobby was very clean. I can imagine how nice the rooms are. I plan on visiting in a few weeks to check out the actual hotel stay.

Very clean, comfortable atmosphere. The staff is super friendly. Super courteous, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to the Vue, and I was impressed. Everyone, from the front desk to the bartenders and servers, was professional, friendly, and personable. The breakfast was great, and the view of the river was a lovely accompaniment. It was delightful watching mockingbirds building a nearby nest. The room was spacious, clean, and attractive with plenty of towels, pillows, and toilet paper. My only quibble was the air conditioner didn't blow cold air, but since it was a cool night, we weren't too uncomfortable. We'll definitely return!
