“The hotel is amazing and me and my husband went here for the afternoon tea this passed Friday. It was our 5 year anniversary and we were thinking of staying the night after a fun day of hanging out in the city. Our opinion had changed when the person servicing us essentially never addressed me, even when I was the one asking questions. When my husband asked to have champagne, only HE got to taste it and I was blatantly ignored. She had her back to me as often as possible... That is until I was the one paying the check. I have NEVER, and I do mean never, been treated that way in any service capacity. This completely deterred me from book a night there. I'm sure the staff and hotel is wonderful but this was not a good look. And this was our 5 year anniversary. Probably will think twice before considering going here for a stay.”

“We went to St.Regis afternoon tea to celebrate the cherry blossom season and it didn't disappoint. The place is nice and their tea selection is amazing. It's a set menu. I personally enjoyed the savory part more. While the sweets were well represented and looked amazing, nothing tasted special but the scones. I highly recommend it I just wished that I have the choice of picking what I'd like instead of having little of everything. They offered a to-go box for the rest of the sweets though.”
