“HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE GM DOESN'T CARE NEVER AGAIN! Our room was substandard to start. The Full-time residents are like wild dogs yelling and telling paid guest to leave the building. They actually called security demanding to know what room we were in. The room was terrible the furniture, the so called fireplace was the wall panted black with a wood frame. "Tacky". The shower drain backed up and spill over onto our personal items. After several calls When I finally was able to speak to the GM after we checked out. I started to explain and it appeared to me he had drifted off. I ask if he cared about my issues and his responce was NO. I asked again and received the same answer "NO" I travel 24 weeks a year. I've stayed in a better Holiday Inn in Secaucus NJ this year.”
