“Great experience over all! I was there for a conference but my husband came along too and we enjoyed some time together in Banff and throughout the park. Hotel is easily located to walk or bike to almost everything in town. The location and views were so gorgeous! Staff were professional and very nice. I appreciated the texts to check in on us. I love the aroma of the air freshener you use in the lobby area. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.”
