“Spent 7 days in the Ocean Deluxe Villa and a night in the Beach Villa. Absolutely fantastic location.+ Villas are really pretty (tip get a one with view, its worth it. Also the ones on the hilltop are much cooler than the ones on the bottom) + Has 2 nice restaurants. The hilltop restaurant has really nice view + Fantastic Breakfast. Veggie and totally Vegan friendly. + Youll get a personal guest experience manager. They will literally do everything to accomodate you + Easy transfer from airport & boat to the island. You will be escorted at all times and taken care of. + Private Pool at the Villa is amazing + There are almost no insects (lots of mosquitos though) + Staff is incredible helpful and friendly + Resort Manager is a cool Austrian guy + Private resort beach and free stand up paddle and kayak use + Beach Cinema & Events during the day + Hotel will literally organise all restauratns on the island and excursions for you (taxi, tuktuk, bikes, sunset castaway boat, whatever you want) + two bars (one at the top and one at the reception) + Villas have almost all ammenetiesThis is easy one of the top 5 spots i've been worldwide, even topping the four seasons and ceasars palace.Now to the minor issues. They are - really minor. The hotel is absolutely fantastic.- This resort desperatly needs a bar at the beach. Jesus, they're driving the drinks from the hilltop bar. It takes forever. - The villas literally have everythingexcept. Sunscreen. If you are retarded like me and forget it. you have to buy it from the island or resort boutiqe store for 10 bucks - drinks and restaurant on the resort are pricey. I paid around 100-200 bucks per meal if i dined inside the resort. If you dine on the awesome restaurants on the island you pay like 20-30 bucks - Even though the breakfast is awesome. You have to go to the breakfast place. And it closes at 1030. You can order in villa breakfast. But you have to pay for each item. No way to shift your breakfast to the villa. I absolutely recommend the staff to have an option for in villa breakfast with a little form that you can fill out and a general surcharge. But sorry guys. I'm not paying 50 bucks extra just because i want to have breakfast in the villa. - So many bloody mosquitos. They provide you organic spray that lasts for 2 hours. Guys. here's a tip. Bring your insect spray. They will eat you alive. Close the bedroom door early before sleeping. - Literally everything in the resort closes at 1030. If you like to stay up until 2AM. Too bad. Last call for drinks 1030. I would up the time to at least midnight as a recommendation to the hotel. - Its not bloody cheap. But if you're considering going you already know this. Costs like 600-700 bucks per night. And if you want to do events and regular dining you'll probably pay 100-200 bucks extra per day. Just keep that in mind.Anyways, absolutely lovely spot. “Una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. El complejo es magnífico, el personal de servicio fue de lo mejor, de lo mejor. Todos allí fueron muy cariñosos, se acordaron de ti y de lo que te gusta y no te gusta en el desayuno, así que al día siguiente prepararon algo que mencioné rápidamente el día anterior para mí. Muy pequeños detalles pero se cuidan. ¡Nuestro mayordomo designado fue genial! Ella nos cuidó con todos los detalles. El gerente nos recibió cuando llegamos y nos envió al muelle y no dejó de despedirnos hasta que ya no pudimos verlos. Cada minuto había cielo. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar. La recolección diaria de huevos frescos también fue nuestro punto culminante, la comida fue súper increíble en cada comida que tuvimos allí.”
