“Inaceptably bad customer service. Despite complaining twice at the counter about high temperature in our room (and other rooms as well as we understood after talking with other people at the same floor) despite asking for a solution, either opening the window or increasing the AC, nothing was done or attempted. The employee denied even coming up to check the situation in our room. This is totally unacceptable of a four star hotel and of its staff.”
