“Servicio de 3 inicios envuelto y presentado como una marca Rixos. Servicio: - La recepción demasiado descuidada para decir cosas como Hola o Adiós, o perdón por hacerte esperar, o cualquier cosa. - La recepción le pregunta: "Entonces, el total de su estancia, incluidos los gastos, asciende a ZXx tenge, ¿es correcto?" “ lo siento, no llevo un libro mayor de contabilidad, ¿quizás me den una factura para que pueda responder la pregunta? - No se preocupa por el tiempo de los huéspedes. Esperó para comenzar la preparación de la salida hasta recibir el resultado de la verificación de la habitación. Simplemente no hagas nada y no proporciones ninguna explicación de por qué estoy perdiendo el tiempo, ¿por qué no puedes comenzar a prepararte mientras esperas? - En general, aparente falta de entrenamiento en Shymkent frente a otras ubicaciones de Rixos. Habitaciones: - los grifos del baño: no estoy seguro de lo que están pensando. Ni estéticamente atractivo ni prácticamente funcional. Tratar de cerrar el agua con las manos mojadas, no es posible, primero necesita secarse las manos. - grifos de ducha baratos de baja calidad, accesorios de ducha. La coloración dorada no ayuda a enmascarar la baratura. La temperatura del agua varía, imposible de regular para enfriar el agua. El restaurante de carnes y mariscos era muy bueno.”

Service:
- The front desk too careless to say things like Hello or Goodbye, or sorry for making you wait, or anything.
- front desk asks you “So you stay total including expenses amount to ZXx tenge, is that correct? “ sorry, I do not keep a ledger accounting, maybe give me a bill so I can answer the question?
- No care for guest time. He waited to start checkout prep until receiving room check outcome. Just do nothing and provide no explanation why I am wasting my time, why could you not start preparing while waiting?
- Just generally, apparent lack of training in Shymkent vs other Rixos locations.
Rooms:
- the bathroom faucets: not sure what they are thinking. Neither aesthetically appealing nor practically functional. Trying turning water off with wet hands, not possible, needs dry hands first.
- cheap low quality shower faucets, shower accessories. Gold colouring does not help mask the cheapness. Water temperature varies, impossible to regulate to make water cooler.
The Seafood and Meat Restaurant was very good.”
