“Customer service is the best you can get. My family stayed in a suite room on a road trip to Florida from Wisconsin. The first night the upstairs guests were making noise at 1:30am -- I called down to the desk and they called the guest to take care of the situation. The next day, I asked to be placed on the 4th floor suite for the return; however the room was occupied, so they went out of their way to make sure we would have a quiet stay. On top of that, I realized I forgot my electronic toothbrush when I got home. The staff helped me to locate it and got it back to to me quickly. We appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness -- if we were staying longer, we would have definitely wanted to play a game of bags and enjoy the pool!”

“Still staying here. Been here a few weeks now. First... coming from the business myself. Was raised in the hotel industry. I can tell you. Great product. By far one of the best. It may even beat its other brand, Town Place. The staff here has been terrific. The general manager is professional, accommodating, and the right amount of laid back for guests and Marriott. This property is definitely a fine example of the a Marriott standard and this review is written by a former Marriott Manager. If you are staying long term the place is perfect, but the facility and staff will take care of your one nights as well. 5 stars. :)”
