“A porta do banheiro sempre ficava presa, deixando os pequenos incapazes de sair sem a ajuda de um adulto. O vaso sanitário não dava descarga prontamente. Tivemos uma noite em que um grupo de pessoas estava muito barulhento do lado de fora da nossa janela, a ponto de eu ter que ligar para a recepção por volta das 3 da manhã para pedir que diminuíssem. A recepção foi muito se desculparam e cuidou da situação.”
