“I'm not sure why this hotel has such good reviews. I mean, the location is good, but otherwise it is pretty mediocre. When we checked in, the bed hadn't been made. First time I have experienced that ever (so much for the whole covid cleaning protocol!!). Then we didn't have any bedding for the pull out couch and had to ask multiple times. The room itself was rather small compared to other residence inns. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, shower constantly leaked, bathroom didn't have an exhaust vent. Several other issues as well... so, to cut a long story short, good location but pretty mediocre everything else.”
