“The hotel stay was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing. I also left my debit card and necklace and they were able to recover both. Although the necklace did get mixed up in the lost and found, Andrew the manager was a pleasure to work with and never gave up looking. We had thought it was lost but Andrew was able to find it and took the extra time to even watch the videos and contact other employees to track it down. Overall I am very pleased.”
