“The white front desk manager is extremely rude, condescending and immature. In response to a request for a ground floor room facing the inner courtyard his response was "You dont get to choose your room." He acted like the hotel was super popular and fully booked and was super condescending with no hospitality and customer service skills. You are in the hospitality business your job is to be hospitable and fulfill the needs and wants of your guests as best as you can because that is how the business works. There is a reason resorts and hotels are classified under Tourism and Hospitality. Obviously this ignorant and condescending manager is oblivious to that fact and has no idea how to run a hotel.”
