Location They took more money than I authorized& signed for, wouldn't give any extra towels, the 2 doors they told us to park at were broken so we had to go through the front and walk across, no elevators to get to our side (steps only). Poor customer service.

As always. The (front desk and main manager) are always fair and accommodating. If something is wrong they try to help as soon as possible. There will always be something that you do not like. However its nothing that you dont deal with on a regular. They handle the situations as quiet as possible so not to disturb other guests.

The front desk staff they were good What I didn't like the housekeeper don't give chance to respond the door without they banging on door and another there people and this old man that are staying at the hotel smoking crack in stairs no one want to smell that

Free breakfast was mediocre The shower was stained, full of dirt, did not feel safe giving my kids a bath. The mattress was stained (easily visible since the bed was disheveled). One door had a hole in it from someone punching it. The rug had multiple stains. Trash in the barrels

It was the only hotel with availability and the online description seemed like is would be fine Not clean. Splatter of something on walls on both rooms. Carpet dirty. Smelled like smoke. Hotel guest in hallway under the influence of drugs. No queen beds. Breakfast did not look appetizing.

The bed was comfortable enough. The first room I was assigned was not clean. Hair in the sink & shower, counter was not clean. There were clothes on the floor in the bathroom! Overall the hotel is old & had not been kept up. Carpets are old, worn & stained.

We were upgraded to a suite for free because none of the rooms were cleaned. We had requested a king bed. And I understand a suite is better, but there were just 2 of us, and we had really been looking forward to the king bed. 2 queens/doubles just did not cut it.

Nothing at all! This place is a dump! Where do I start? Cigarette butts everywhere, indigent people hanging out everywhere, filthy rooms that smell like smoke, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Quality Inn should be embarrassed!

LEAVING! This place was disgustingly filthy everywhere.Ground in dirt and heavily stained carpets, dirty walls throughout.In the room,no phone, a dirty microwave with no tray inside, sticky stains on the rug, filthy shower curtain and 1 half roll of tp. There were people in the breakfast room walking around in bare feet. The laundry space was also dirty. Even the TV did not work properly. BOOK ELSEWHERE! This place is a health hazard!

Nice Breakfast and Staff was very nice. No pool, the staff told me they wouldn't open the pool this year. The smell of the hotel is not good, everything smells like old cigarettes.

The breakfast was okay. Our nonsmoking room reeked of smoke -- we had to leave screen door open all night. Very gloomy place. Depressing. Our teen/adult sons described it as "sketchy." Disappointed. Certainly not worth what we paid.

Absolutely the WORST hotel that I ever stayed in!! I worked for Starwood for many years and am well aware of hotel standards. Completely deplorable. Shameful that you have them listed! Filthy rooms, lobby, and food service area, broken windows, unchanged sheets, rats nest in guest room, carpeting is heavily stained and filthy, Horrible odor throughout building. Its in tear down condition!!!

It was disgusting Besides the overwhelming smell of smoke, the condition of the room- pervasive black mold in bathroom, rickety furniture, scraped paint and unidentifiable goo on the wall- did not seem to be in line with the rating on your site.

Got moved to a bigger room when I complained wifi didn't work in originally assigned room Staff for the most part responded quickly to complaints Carpets, especially in the hallways were dirty, and it's not as if it were post-storm conditions

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was Okay. There were people in and out of rooms until 3am, there were many people smoking in front of the hotel you had to move through a cloud of smoke. The carpet was disgusting it was grimy old and unclean. The room smelled of mildew.

As an elite member of choice privilege hotels who has visited 100s of hotels, I did not like anything at all. yes, the lobby had a bad odor, my room had an even worse odor. The carpets in the lobby had stains all over and the elevator was not working. I had to walk up to the 3rd floor on bad knees. This was truly something I have never experienced before.

NOthing very dirty elevator broken no on at the desk for about 10 min took like 30 min to get registered, the person at the front desk had a girlfriend or somebody with a child about 8 years old listing to a video on their phone and it was nothing but swearing
