“This hotel was wonderful!! We got the park junior suite and didnt want to leave. The room was immaculate and the bathroom was amazing. The staff there was amazing as well and very catering. We will be back.”

“My stay was superb at first, everyone at the fronts desk was friendly, housekeepers were wonderful. Amazing food. Location is excellent, rooms were clean, it was easy to catch an Uber/lyft at anytime during my stay with my sister in-law. Unfortunately I am not giving this hotel a 5 star review because I came across a very rude woman who works at the hotel. I was able to catch her name on her badge and it said Vanessa, she was wearing a suit. Besides having a nasty attitude towards my sister in-law, I was able to witness how she treats other employees and it was far from disturbing, cruel and frankly it doesn’t make me want to come back. I don’t think she knew I spoke English/Spanish but I understood everything she said to her employees as I was leaving the hotel. I wish I could have had the chance to talk to her but I’m writing in hopes that the hotel reconsiders who they put in charge of their staff. I left the hotel extremely disappointed.”
