“Impressive hotel in the heart of Hamburg. The rooms are large with a large bathroom area. The lighting can be completed upon arrival, so be prepared to spend some time learning what controls what. The breakfast was complete and had a little bit of everything. We enjoyed lunch twice at the hotel and both lunches were delicious.”

“Beautiful view from our room, all staff was very prompt, professional, and friendly. Spa is very nice. Breakfast was included and very good! Also great location, lots of shopping and restaurants near by and concierge available for anything you need. Best hyatt I’ve ever stayed at!”
