“Where the staff's favorite word is 'No.'Want to add onions to your pizza? - No, you can't do that.Want to eat at a nice restaurant with your kids? - No, it's adult only. I hope you enjoy pizza every night. We have stayed at maybe 10 all-inclusive hotels and this was hands down the worst. Majority of the staff doesn't care about you or your experience.Food - 1/5 due to availability and expected taste for an all-inclusive. See family friendly section for more.Staff - 1/5 due to not caring. We had maybe 3 good staff experiences while out on the resort all week. One was a waiter at a restaurant.Service - 2/5 due to having to do most things yourself. Hungry, best find a place. Thirsty, best walk to get some because there aren't any waiters outside of the restaurants. Need fresh towels, you must got to a certain booth even if you are all access.Beach - 2/5. Pretty to look at but not clean. They should rake the beach to keep it free of rocks and trash. You won't get a chair out on the beach unless you go at an odd hour.Family Friendly - 1/5. A resort that claims to be family friendly should have more options on restaurants. The places you would like to, adults only.We won't do this resort again and most people we ran into voiced the same. Other families did other resorts in Cancun before driving over to this one and said they were friendly and a better experience. I would strongly suggest trying a different one. We even said 70% would bring us back.”

“It took 4 hours to do a simple room change. Transparency is minimal in terms of which rooms offer what all inclusive benefits. We paid more to switch from a standard to a "superior" room (which would make sense) but had to give up "blue" bracelet status which means less access to restaurants and exclusive areas which makes zero sense. And our new room was so "superior". I had to use a wash cloth to prop up the shower so I didn't have to hold it in my hand 😒. Literally same room except a smaller shower and mini fridge with only water (standard room had beer, sodas and water). And despite how much the staff "tried" to help they could not seem to help me with the basics. These are the same hotels but different buildings and they couldn't just talk to each other for one of their customers. I had to run back and forth about 4 times and my request was not resolved. Real nice Oasis.”
